This is a good module in terms of RP and challenges. However the GM really needs to prep this properly in the event a party comes in without much skills as all it would lead to the players feeling cheated.
Not much is given about how the faction goals can be achieved and the DCs are high and can cause a low tier party to fail outright. Thus GMs needs to take notes on what their party members can do or better advice on what they should bring.
It's too easy for a party to lose out of Gold, PP and other Boons in this and likely to make players feel cheated. Level of Roleplay is high and is probably it's saving grace, that alone earns this scenario its 2 stars.
Having skill challenges is all good but having it impossible for a character with little or no skills brings a party down quickly. It all comes down to luck and dice rolls.
