The PDF is not printer-friendy. There are 112 text sides, followed by 112 image sides (matching fronts and backs). There are then 122 text, 122 image, 103 (?) text, 103 image, 118 text, 118 image, and 116 text, 116 image sides. The JPG versions are non-existent, although there are two 200 byte dummy files.
