to quote someone who was just listening to the adventure " I think I now know how it feels to have your dick staple punched"
note** this is my first time ever reviewing a product...
I thought I was going to play PFS, not a poorly made mass combat game.
Even with trying to stay on track/pace we spent 3 hours of nothing but mass combat, it was so bad we had someone just say "sorry, this isn't worth the headache" and leave, this by the way was at least within an hour of this torture.
The only time we had a reason for our actual characters to be there was at the end, where you faced troops that basically acted like swarms...yea that's smart, especially on low tier...
the BBEG was in a small room, so when he cast darkness, the "fun" only continued...
I hope that all of the negative reviews on this scenario is enough to inform Paizo that this is/was not a good idea. players go to PFS to have fun, relax from their real world BS, and either role play, or just kill things via their OWN characters...not to leave the game wanting to break something out of aggravation.
