![]() Could I ask someone to take a peek at Order 22822395 for me? It's coming up on the end of the 11-20 business day estimate (Tuesday is 20) and I'm a little worried that me adding the Bestiary 3 softcover to the original order may have gotten it "stuck." If there's a problem with the original items, but they'll still ship eventually (but in more than another week or two, perhaps), could I get the Bestiary 3 moved to the Sidecart so that the April/May sub run can pick it up, instead? ![]() It took me until my shipment going out today to see the pattern, but it looks like the splitting of shipments (which I actually hadn't have happen to any of my orders for my first couple years of subscribing... until January) has caused the First Ten discount to be ignored/mis-applied: January Order 36290834:

Though I'm not a fan of the shipping cost going up 50-100% between spawning and shipment, could I get someone to take a look at the First Ten system to at least cover that much after the increase? It's "only" been "a few bucks" extra per month... but that'll definitely add up over the years... ;) Thanks! ![]()

Joan was able to arrange a couple replacement pawn sheets for me, but it looks like one of the wrong replacement Bestiary 2 Pawn sheets ended up shipping with my November sub order. Instead of the "Elemental, Earth, Earthen Destrier" sheet, the next one in line ("Giant, Wood") was sent. The other misprinted sheet ("Brownie") was replaced successfully, however. Could I still get the "Elemental, Earth, Earthen Destrier" replacement on my next sub shipment?? Thanks! ![]()

![]() I've just gotten the chance to punch all the pawns from my new (Pathfinder 2E) Bestiary 2 Pawn Collection (Order #30106221) and found that two sheets are printed at a little too-far offset. The results are:

![]() I've got a t-shirt on Order 26358531 that was going to require a goodly chunk of time for the warehouse to process, but I just wanted to check that it's still on-track. It looks like a couple order-replacement items had been associated with the order... and then removed to fill with a regular subscription order... so my "worry" is that that action will "break" this order into limbo. With such a long lead-time at the warehouse, though, I figure it's better safe than sorry to go ahead and start asking now (especially with the current CS backlog). Thanks! ![]()

![]() All 5 decks of spell cards are just glorious in-person, but didn't appear to trigger the digital versions onto my account at shipping time. Just in case those really are ready to go and just didn't trigger properly, could I get those added to my account? It looks like a couple other PF/SF decks were scheduled for retroactive digital release early this week, as well, but those don't show availability in the store yet, unlike the spell cards, so I wouldn't really expect them... but will bring them up, just in case ;) Thanks!! ![]()

![]() Looks like I've added a few items to my Sidecart since my monthly sub went out (a messenger bag, the PACG sub starting with the core rules, and the PACG We Be Heroes? booklet). Since I also have a post-sub order pending (Order 8093754), could I get those sidecart items that are ready to ship attached to that order? Or, since odds are good that it'll end up shipping before this post gets processed, could I go ahead and spin them off into their own order (should be over $100 so the shipping discount should kick in)... just so I'm not tortured waiting a full 4 weeks for the next sub spawn? ;) Thanks!! ![]()

![]() It looks like I manually got most of my ordering rearranged in time to make the PDF allocation cutoff on Thursday (yay!). There are only a couple PDF items I'd like to check on after the GenCon weekend: * PDF credit for the PF2 Portrait GM Screen
And in my Sidecart the only thing I think I'm "missing" now is the Tyrant's Grasp Pawns from starting the Pawn subscription (it got "lost" when I was placing other orders, and I'm not sure whether that one will auto-regenerate when the next spawn runs, or if I need to ask to have it restored ahead of time). Thanks to all the CS staff for wading through the annual GenCon backlog!! ;) ![]()

![]() I noticed that my large Sidecart is actually only holding because of 2 pocket edition pre-orders (Nov) and one pawn subscription pre-order (Sep)... plus the 4 PFRPG 2E accessories that are in my sidecart because I subscribed after the initial subscription run earlier this month. Luckily, none of my other pre-existing subscriptions have added anything else, yet. I thought I'd be clever and go ahead an "ship it now" so that all the ready-now items would go out... but it looks like it was trying to combine them all into a "everything ships together" order, which implied it'd sit in the warehouse until the last two were ready in November. So, I went ahead and instructed the order to re-Sidecart everything. It *looks* like everybody is back in place now. Can I get some explicit help in getting just the all-but-3-that-are-ready-now items onto an active order? And as a side question: I previously ordered the portrait-version of the GM screen, and am now getting the landscape version under subscription. Despite getting them "out of order," will *both* of them generate PDFs for me when the digital switches get flipped on Aug 1? ---------------------- UPDATE:
The second order appears to have created properly (the accessory subscription items still have their S icons... But now it looks like the Tyrant's Grasp Pawns (subscription) and two pocket edition books (pre-order for Nov) have not been returned to my Sidecart. Might I revise my earlier request (below) to just helping track down and restore those three items (plus the portrait GM Screen question at the end)?? Thanks a ton for the help!! ![]() It looks like Starfinder Society #1-05 is now available for purchase, but as a Starfinder Supersubscriber with an active comp subscription to SF Society I don't see it attached to my downloads yet (and didn't receive a spawn e-mail yesterday... though I wasn't sure it whether it would generate or not based on the promo subscription). ![]() I just placed an order (4519417) for a few pocket edition books and in my order history it’s in Pendng and looks like it may just need Monday to roll around in order to charge and start to ship... but I notice on my Subscriptions page that it implies that the order is actually being held until November for my next subscription push (since it just missed yesterday’s). In the event it’s really the latter, could I get the order released as-is, and let November’s pawn box fend for itself? ;) (And in the future, is there a checkbox somewhere in the order process that I’d need to check to avoid the loooong auto-wait?) ![]() I have a question pending below (from yesterday) about ensuring my first Starfinder Supersubscriber item shipment for Order #4468292 got properly authorized and set up for future shipments. It looks like it has, as I got a shipment notification later yesterday afternoon. But now that that's gone out, how do I make use of my Paizo Advantage 15% discount and "redeem" my Starfinder Society Scenario Subscription? I've tried adding a few Pathfinder items to my cart, but don't see the discount applying (though I haven't completed an order yet). And I've tried adding the Scenario Sub to my cart to see if it goes to $0, but I'm not clear whether that should just automatically show up at some point or not. Thanks for any guidance! ![]()

![]() I'm just starting my first subscription here at Paizo and apparently had done a miserable job of setting up a payment method... so on Friday I got a "your order is entered, but you have no payment" e-mail. I fumbled through several attempts to get one added, and I *think* I was finally successful (I now have two auths on my order, and two payment methods on my account... one for this order and one for future subscriptions). Can I ask someone to take a peek at my order to ensure that I'm actually on-track to get my first shipment shipped? ;) As a semi-related side-question: As a Starfinder Supersubscriber, should I start looking for my Starfinder Society "bonus subscription" as soon as I get this first shipment e-mail? Or do I need to go through a purchase/request process to activate it? Thanks! |
