I actually received what I assume is a February spawn email today... I'm a super-sub, but just one new flip-mat and both the core pocket editions.

I *did* receive my spawn-mail about an hour or so ago. Should that help anyone's nerves ;)

I just squeezed in the new Humble Bundle Beginner Box offer and added it to my existing sub order #36696866, but it looks like the First Ten Shipping didn't update to the full $10 discount when increasing the shipping rate (from about $7 to $15). If you catch this before shipping happens (and I'll be gone next week, so I won't mind being at the tail end of the shipping window again this month ;), could you take a poke at the discount amount for me?

It says the digital copy doesn't go to my downloads until it's shipped but the PDF comes out tomorrow.

FWIW, this month's street date was pushed out to Sept. 1 (adjusted on the first post in this thread), so that wouldn't be an option until next week, anyway (not that I'd recommend doing that, since you *will* get the sub's PDF as described in the posts right before mine).

Looks like I totally missed "combine with existing order" when I added a new order for some additional Hero Point tokens (then again, I broke the shipping discount when I *did* remember earlier this week ;) ).

With Tech Revolution sliding to next month, it looks like my Sub Order #36606061 this month dipped just a few dollars south of qualifying for the First Ten Shipping Discount. I added a couple small items to that order in order to re-qualify, but it doesn't appear that it's kicked in. Could someone please check on that for me?

It's absolutely no trouble at all! As a software engineer I just found the whole thing to be a funny corner-case... this is the sort of problem I have to deal with all the time, and know how crazy-hard it is to design a system that could ever possibly guess what the "correct" solution is in that scenario (hint: you can't... humans are nuts about the way they prioritize different factors).

Here's a wild outlier case... mine mis-generated as Priority Mail, but with the First Ten discount it was only going to be 60 cents. It was just "corrected" to "cheapest possible" (standard postal)... and is now 8 cents cheaper, but will take twice as long to arrive. D'oh!! ;)

Luckily, the PDFs will trigger at the same time, either way, and that's plenty for me! The maps and pawns in physical form won't really see use until we've finally made it to the Post-Apocalypse, so they're free to spend a little extra time in the postal system.

Could I ask someone to take a peek at Order 22822395 for me? It's coming up on the end of the 11-20 business day estimate (Tuesday is 20) and I'm a little worried that me adding the Bestiary 3 softcover to the original order may have gotten it "stuck."

If there's a problem with the original items, but they'll still ship eventually (but in more than another week or two, perhaps), could I get the Bestiary 3 moved to the Sidecart so that the April/May sub run can pick it up, instead?

It took me until my shipment going out today to see the pattern, but it looks like the splitting of shipments (which I actually hadn't have happen to any of my orders for my first couple years of subscribing... until January) has caused the First Ten discount to be ignored/mis-applied:

January Order 36290834:
Original order email had a total over $100 and listed shipping as $6.04 with a First Ten credit of -$6.04.
When it shipped, though, it went out in two packages (one still over $100, the other under) which bumped the shipping to $12.37, but only gave me the $6.04 First Ten credit (then split the "new" $6+ between the two shipments).

February Order 36322786:
Original order email had a total over $100 and listed shipping as $6.11 with a matching First Ten credit
The first of a split-shipment went out this morning (both under $100 this time) and the shipping went up to $9.79... but the First Ten credit has dropped to $1.21 (with this new $8 differential being split between the two shipments).

Though I'm not a fan of the shipping cost going up 50-100% between spawning and shipment, could I get someone to take a look at the First Ten system to at least cover that much after the increase? It's "only" been "a few bucks" extra per month... but that'll definitely add up over the years... ;)

For those keeping track of "shipping oddities:"
In two years of subbing I've never had a shipment split up on me, until yesterday. It looks like the new spell cards deck suddenly got ripped out of my order and shipped on its own... spawning a flurry of authorizations (4 of them, that happen to total about $6 more than the original spawn email). I got a separate email about the cards, themselves, saying that they were estimated to ship next Wednesday... but they're the only item that has activated in my Downloads profile now, so maybe they're the *only* thing that *has* actually shipped??

I'm not in any rush for product, so I'm definitely not upset or anything,.. but I am *very* confused about what all has happened, when it happened, and how it will all turn out. And I only live about a 3 hour drive from Paizo HQ... so I really feel for all the international customers, especially in the UK right now, that have these sorts of issues come up frequently.

Resolution Update: Logan was able to get me sorted against a follow-up January forum posting. :)

Instead of the "Elemental, Earth, Earthen Destrier" sheet, the next one in line ("Giant, Wood") was sent. The other misprinted sheet ("Brownie") was replaced successfully, however.

Could I still get the "Elemental, Earth, Earthen Destrier" replacement on my next sub shipment??

I think this is the first time I've had an auth that didn't ship in a day or two. *sniffle* I'll survive ;). Especially since my shipment this month includes a couple individual replacement pawn sheets; I'm sure those require a little extra TLC to process.

Will this one become eligible for the Paizo Advantage discount?

I've just gotten the chance to punch all the pawns from my new (Pathfinder 2E) Bestiary 2 Pawn Collection (Order #30106221) and found that two sheets are printed at a little too-far offset. The results are:
1) Labels chopped in half for one whole sheet from being printed too low (the sheet starting with "Elemental, Earth, Earthen Destrier" and "Elemental, Air, Belker")
2) Heads cut off of the small pawns from being printed too high (the sheet including "Brownie" and "Calathgar").

Would I be able to get replacements for just those two sheets?

I'll also be e-mailing in this same request with pictures attached

Yay! My side-cart has almost been restored now. Looks like the Advanced GM Screen (Portrait} has returned to the line-up, leaving only Flip-Mat Classics: Slum Quarter to go. Good on ya, Paizo web team!!
