There is a lot of good in this book, even some great. As an experienced pathfinder player I wish I had this book when starting out.
BUT...
The fact that it relies on the core rule book for key features - like feats - really hampers it. This could ha have been the perfect bridge from the beginners Box, but it insists the newbie also buys the core book,so can actually make it difficult to advance in knowledge. Paizo should look at this book and build the next generation of core around it.
