how exactly do thistle arrows work? does vital strike add to the bleed? what about strength bonus?

What is good DPR at Level 10 for a fighter? im trying to see if my character is viable. Feel free to dip a level or two into a diffrent class and any pathfinder material no 3rd party though

I'm making a new strix Character lvl 5 and i was thinking of making a barbarian. Im going for pure damage and im sure i want to be a barbarian. any ideas which rage powers/Weapons/armor and anything else i should pick?
