I'll definitely be there on Friday since I'm volunteering to run some games :) And I think I'm the one picking everything up from Paizo to bring so it would be bad if I didn't come!

Well dang it! I'm finally free this weekend and I guess I'm out of luck. I WILL be at Dragonflight all day on Friday so maybe I can convince some folks to play 1-2D and 1-2E with me :)
zeroth_hour wrote: I'm back this week and I've put up Thursday sessions. I'm hoping to check out Sunday as well, but I'm not 100% sure about availability. I'm back this weekend but don't see anything on Warhorn for Sunday. Did you guys play 1-2D or 1-2E yet? I'd love to finish Adventure 2 before Dragonflight :)

I see Scenario 1-2A again, is that meant to be 1-2B? I'm guessing it was just a copy/paste?

Sorry, disregard. I'm a moron/newbie and didn't realize Adventure 2 was out and was thinking this was the first two scenarios of Adventure 1 :)

I signed up for 1-1A but noticed you're running 1-2A as well? Ar we planning to play back to back? or are we doing both scenarios in parallel? Thanks!

Awesome, I created an account and registered!
This is awesome! I've been trying to find PACG in Seattle and haven't been able to! Do you know what set(s) you'll be running. I'm a newbie but I have a Ranger I played through the first Wrath adventure that I am dying to play more (and I have two brand new characters I've created as well). Speaking of MOX Boarding house, myself and Jonathon Liu from GeekDad.com will be running a room there this Sunday for father's day from 11-4. We'll be playing all sorts of things.. not sure exactly what yet but it should be fun for anybody who wants to join us!
Here is my full write-up of my first ever PaizoCon over at GeekDad.com. Thanks for such a great experience!

Unseelie wrote: Oh, and the paizo.com gift certificate does not seem to actually be redeemable? When I go to the address listed on it, it loads a blank page. No option to enter in the code for the gift certificate. If you click on "My Account" there is a "Gift Certificates" section and you can redeem it there. Worked for me!
This was my first PaizoCon AND my first time playing Pathfinder ACG. I had an absolute blast. The Reaper paint and take was great as well and not something I expected. Nobody has mentioned it yet but the swag bag was AWESOME. As a first timer, some of the mechanics around signing up for the lottery and events were a little confusing, but I did manage to get into almost everything I wanted to. My suggestions for next year: More ACG stuff. I might be in the minority but I would have loved to see even more ACG play. Turn down the A/C. Everyone at my table was freezing in the main hall. This is probably out of your control and something the hotel is in charge of but more food options for different diets. I'm vegan so I don't ever expect to be able to eat the food at things like this BUT when I see options I can eat, it really makes the event stand out.
I highly recommend checking out EMP and their new Infinite Worlds of Science Fiction exhibit. It's pretty friggin' cool! For anyone wanting more info on the exhibit, here's a piece I did for the grand opening. |
