Does anyone else feel like Martial maneuvers has a low per day usage? It seems to me like it should be 3+1/2 level like every other similar class ability.

"The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot."

- Second to last line in the description of sneak attack.

Argue to me a "Vital spot" of the swarm and I'd let it happen, but, as it stands I do not believe swarms have said spots.

I'm currently running a sea-faring campaign were the PCs have their own ship. I'm wondering what would be an appropriate per day docking fee to use as a rule. I'm thinking something around 10 gold/day for an average port. Part of me feels that's not expensive enough and part of me feels it's too expensive. Thoughts?
