I'm throwing my hat into the ring with Tymar Fangborn, a half-orc resident of Roslar's Coffer who has recently taken up wizardry and has a suitably tragic backstory. His stats and backstory are on his profile page. Concept:
He's a dutiful half-orc raised by a single human mother, recently found love, and then lost it again thanks to the red reaver. He tried to bring his beloved back with necromancy, but he didn't come back right and he was forced to slay him again, directly this time. The old story. He hates the undead and their creators as a result, despite knowing some necromancy. A poorly written story is in his profile Role:
He's a Hallowed Necromancer which seemed like a nice flavourful fit for this AP. I took evocation as an opposed school, so he's mostly going to be a utility / debuffing wizard, with some skills in the mix and blasting against undead via the archetype power to cast cure spells to harm. I took weapon finesse with the view of using spectral hand to help deliver bad-touch spells, which in the case of the undead includes cure spells to harm About me:
I've been playing Pathfinder since 2013, during which time I've run a Rise of the Runelords through to completion, and am now about half way through a Carrion Crown run. I'm also a 2 star PFS GM, and have starting playing PbP here on the paizo forums fairly recently, but it's quickly become my favourite way to play Pathfinder.
As I've not got as much PbP experience as others I know I'm less likely to get selected, but I thought I'd throw my hat in anyway as you never know, and I like building characters. You know one of my characters as she's in your Dragon's Demand game: Yngvilda Grimsdottir - Ulfen Shieldmaiden from Oppara with dreams of slaying a linnorm. but I've also got a couple of PFS games going on with different characters: Floria Avernathus - A young noble psychic from Yanmass who hides a demonic side Tholgrin Stonebeard - A stout dwarven smith who solves crimes as a sidegig
Thanks for your consideration! I love the lore of Golarion and I'm very interested in the Tyrant's grasp, it's only wanting to play it that has stopped me reading it so far. |
