The CS forums were generally my first point of call when I had an issue or concern since I could actively check if this was a known issue or something that required me to reach out. Removing that means I'm now going to be wasting both employees time and my own with mails that didn't need to exist. This just feels like throwing things at the wall and hoping they stick without actually considering the customers and staff it effects.

My account has been debited twice for Order 36670886. There was a debit on the 5th of October, and then again today when the order. The amounts are debited are different due to changes in the exchange rate

Both my JPG and DPF copies of this file are empty, they're showing as only 22bytes with no file contents at all

I've checked with my US office, they only have my latest shipment noted as checking in. They can't locate the any parcel with the tracking number provided.

My order for these two products seem to be cursed, this is the second time I'm having issues with them. Tracking on this order does not seem to be working at all.

My order 8786963 doesn't seem to have moved since the 2nd of December. I had assumed seasonal delays were to blame but it's been nearly a full month.

Sorry for not replying sooner. I have sent the images through as a reply to my original email regarding my first damaged copy. Both copies are 1st printings.

I'm a bit disappointed as I have already had my original order of the Starfinder CRB replaced due to the binding issue, and now the replacement has developed the same issue after minimal use since I received it.

I have yet to receive this shipment. The last tracking update from UPS was on the 14th of November.

Payment for my order was authorized on the 28th of July, and the order moved to Pending. I see that the authorization is due to expire today (4th August) will this be an issue at all?

How does one resolve the issue of a failed save against Lesser Confusion when it's cast as part of a readied action. Specifically as follows

Cleric readies an action to cast Lesser Confusion against the Orc he believes is the leader when said Orc moves within 30 feet of him.
The Orc starts his turn 60 feet away and moves forward 30 feet, triggering the readied casting.
The Orc fails his save.

The Ready rules specify:

The action occurs just before the action that triggers it. If the triggered action is part of another character's activities, you interrupt the other character.

Confusion states:

Roll on the following table at the start of each subject's turn each round to see what it does in that round.

So what happens?

The Orc has started their turn and has moved, or the trigger couldn't have occurred. I ruled that the affect only happens at the start of their next turn; but I'm honestly not sure if that was the right call.
