Should I be worried about payment authorization - Order 4374011

Payment for my order was authorized on the 28th of July, and the order moved to Pending. I see that the authorization is due to expire today (4th August) will this be an issue at all?

Hello Stubbs,

No, it will not. If the authorization expires we will just open a new one when the order ships and finalize it right away. Pending is the status an order will have until it ships out.

Thanks. Just checking that everything is still in order as I have an order that I processed over the weekend shipping today but the above order is still pending?

Hello Stubbs,

There are no issues with your order, it is just waiting for it's turn in the shipping queue.
