Can I get some writer insight on why Codas are limited to Bards only? And for the sake of using, does having the Bard Archetype count the PC as a Bard?

These forums appear empty to me, when I've had other users confirm there are indeed posts here?

Gday folks,
I am making this thread to express my dissatisfaction with the locking of the previous thread which was made for the express purpose of commentary on the state of forum moderation.
amusingly circular!

I have a concern that a trend of early and fast locking may become a trend? And as such be weaponised by trolls to stifle discussion?(a clear win for some of previous trolls) If we instead say, suspend rule breakers instead of halting conversations. We might catch more bigots that way.. which is honestly a win my book

G'day,

I am kinda in a Conundrum as to how one would train out out class feats to a Sorcerer Dedication.

Would I require someone with the same bloodline, would it be a week spent in self-actualization? How would you treat it?

(In this context, It would be retrain out Marshal to Psychopomp Bloodline sorcerer for my Duskwalker fighter.)

The wording is unclear, or maybe we've been given a Dud feat as there does not appear to be any Common Magical Tattoos of 2nd Level or Lower. Does it mean Add add the Tattoo Trait to an existing magic item then add it to your formula list as a Tattoo?

What Class / Feat / Skill combination would be viable for a pure buffing/healing/Debuffing build, Not going offensive in combat unless absolutely necessary but still be able to contribute in those situations?

So, what breaks if you remove the three Feats in a Dedication before you pick another special rule?

Rules theory. Using a Alchemist fire in Melee as a once off attack. Is it strength + simple weapon profiency? Should you add strength? Is this not awesome for a charhide goblin alchemist with energy mutagens and lots strength!

With the release of the Ancestory guide, I've noticed some of the language around the Duskwalkers has tied them to the Samsara, is this deliberate? Should we expect the Samsarans in the future?

G'day folks.

Reading through the newly released LOAG, I noticed one of the pictures within has a very distinctive creature in it! myself and my Partner have been Wracking our brains trying to figure out WHAT it is! Is it a Leshy? a Tiefling Leshy? a Quippoth Sprite?

The art in question is on page 5, the second half of the fullpage art done by Victor Manuel Leza Moreno!

Theoretically if things go sideways in this adventure path, Where would I look incase my players decide to become runelords. Are there mechanics anywhere for this to happen?

Hey guys,

I am pondering picking up the audiobook collection, but I am curious if any of them have spoilers for the adventure paths?

The one I am curious at the most right now is "City of the Fallen Sky"~ I am less inclined to pick it up and read it if it will spoil the AP I am currently playing in.

Hey Guys, One of the things i have found really interesting in the past adventures has been the opportunity to create and hand props to the players. Weather it is Coloured Key Cards from Iron Gods, or the Medals of Valor from Wrath of the Righteous.

I have been looking at Giant Slayers and am stumped about what I should give my players, SO far, only pretty maps have come to mind.

When does the Magical effect of a Arrow or a Bolt activate?

Are you able to use a Human Bane Arrow as a reusable improvised weapon?

So, After a handful of games in pathfinder society, I noticed a couple of trends which seem to keep popping up cosmetically. Things like Leather armour counting as Corsets, Unusual weapons, and the likes. It got me thinking. How can I Incorporate these themes into a character for hilarity?

Well, I decided to sit down and watch one of my favourite cult flicks and thought "God damn, that is fantastic." Now, Here I am. Building a Dr. Frank-N-Furter Clone.

I was planning on making it a Whipping Bard, But I ask all of you, How would you build him! (it doesn't have to be the most optimised character, as I am getting one of my friends to build a power house Rocky!)

Hey guys,

Thought I might say, Awesome Archetype! I have one issue with it, that is its skills. Following a deity with the portfolio of History, Knowledge, Self-perfection and only having the Knowledges of Religion and Nobility made it seem a bit lacking. I was going to recommend the following.

Change the Wording of its skills with the following.

Class Skills

The Iroran paladin's class skills are Acrobatics (Dex), Climb (Str) Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Heal (Wis), Knowledge (dungeoneering) (Int), Knowledge (geography) (Int), Knowledge (history) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), Swim (Str).

These replace the additional class skills from her class.

OR

Skills: An Iroran paladin gains Acrobatics, Climb, Swim, and all Knowledge skills as class skills.

G'day folks!

I'm new around here and thought I might jump right in! So, I"be built a PC that would love some ties and to fit into empty slots of peoples back stories, and help create story for others to join.

The premise for the character is a tribal mwangi group of halfling Beast riders. I've built the shaman.(1st lvl summoner, with a mount summon,) if you'd like in, add to the premise where your character might fit or if you could use this base idea to help build your pc!

If you were to create a character with claws*, such as the Tiefling trait below and with a BAB of, For sake of example 3, and a strength of 18.
Can you make two attacks at +7 for 1d4+4 damage? Or suffer penalty for attacking with offhand?

Quote:
*Maw or Claw Some tieflings take on the more bestial aspects of their fiendish ancestors. These tieflings exhibit either powerful, toothy maws or dangerous claws. The tiefling can choose a bite attack that deals 1d6 points of damage or two claws that each deal 1d4 points of damage. These attacks are primary natural attacks. This racial trait replaces the spell-like ability racial trait.
