I'm giving this module a one-star rating, not because the module overall is bad, but because it features one of my pet peeves:

I absolutely HATE situations where the PCs suffer damage or conditions with no way out - the source does not have a to make an attack roll or offer a saving throw. This module features a trap that does damage to everyone in the room, with no saving throw. That to me is very bad adventure design.
