Temero sweeps in to wrap his garrote around the man's neck.

Grapple: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

It also cuts off his air supply so he can't scream for help. Since he already breathed it in, he does still need to keep making saves against the sleep poison for 5 more rounds; another failure makes him Exhausted, and a third makes him Asleep.[/ooc]

Temero exhales a cloud of pink smoke, filling the alleyway ahead of the man.

DC 16 or be Fatigued, progressing with further failed saves. Regardless, he's basically in a Fog Cloud ATM.

Temero continues to shadow the guy until he can find a secluded space to waylay him. If he can do so, he'll sleep poison and garotte the man into unconsciousness.

I can fill like a whole alleyway with sleep poison and I'm also really good with garottes. They count as a medical weapon for some reason. *shrug*.

"I am not a robot, I am an android. My parts are partially organic, and significantly more advanced than any mere machine. You don't see me calling you some kind of...half-ape, half-bird creature, do you?"

"I will fade into the crowd, and observe from a distance.

Stealth: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

"I'm not picking them up. Keep an eye on them. Perhaps I can pay them a visit."

"Agreed."

Temero steps in and tries to gut it with his serrated saber.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Temero debates keeping his distance from the bat, but since the last one semed largely unaffected by his poison, he moves in to strike with his saber.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

This, too, proves ineffective.

"Yes. The glass seems more than up to the task of protecting the train now that it's closed. We should search for further breaches."

He makes no attempt to comfort Maureen.

In an effort to quickly dispatch this unexpected threat, Temero spits a glob of venom at the bat creature, which explodes into a small pinkish-purple cloud in its face.

Attack (Touch): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6

If that hits, the monster needs to make a DC 15 Fort save or be Fatigued for 1 minute. If it fails, it needs to make the save again every round for 4 rounds to avoid progressing to Exhausted, then Asleep.

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19

"No. I have a very specialized design. My organs are mostly organic."

"I see the things you're talking about though. Can anyone shoot those down?"

Temero gives Maureen a small bow.

"A pleasure to meet you, Miss Glazebrook. I'm sure you're used to the routine by now. Your safety is out number one priority."

The clockwork man vents a bit of steam as he locks his body in a ready position.

"Any known threats to be aware of? My specialty, as you know, is...preemptive defense. I don't often get palced ona s imple bodyguard detail."

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome aboard Tom Carpenter who has been appointed as a new Venture Lieutenanat for northeast PA. His email is vlttcarjr1@gmail.com and he is working out of Stroudsburg, PA. Many of you in the area know Tom Carpenter as a long running judge and player. Tm jumped in with both feet into Pathfinder Society with both feet and we played our first game together way back four years ago, convincing us to become Cheliax patriots. It's been great ever since. Take an opportunity to say hi and make him feel welcome.
