So my question is simple. If a creature willingly allows another source to move them telekinetically, does that movement provoke attacks of opportunity? Thanks!

Relevent usage of telekinesis:
Violent Thrust: Alternatively, the spell energy can be spent in a single round. You can hurl one object or creature per caster level (maximum 15) that are within range and all within 10 feet of each other toward any target within 10 feet per level of all the objects. You can hurl up to a total weight of 25 pounds per caster level (maximum 375 pounds at 15th level).

Does Dimensional Maneuvers allow for use of combat maneuvers in place of the attacks you'd get "full attacking" with Dimensional Dervish?
If not, what exactly is Dimensional Maneuvers allowing you to do?
Also, does Dimensional Dervish *REQUIRE* you to teleport between each attack, or could you choose to attack in a single space if you have a friend you can already flank with, using it as a way to get in and out without the enemy being able to full-attack you?

Dimensional Maneuvers:
Prerequisites: Ability to use the abundant step class feature or cast dimension door, Dimensional Agility, Dimensional Assault, Dimensional Dervish, base attack bonus +9.
Benefit: While using the Dimensional Dervish feat, you gain a +4 bonus on combat maneuver checks to bull rush, disarm, reposition, or trip an opponent.

Dimensional Dervish:
Prerequisites: Ability to use the abundant step class feature or cast dimension door, Dimensional Agility, Dimensional Assault, base attack bonus +6.
Benefit: You can take a full-attack action, activating abundant step or casting dimension door as a swift action. If you do, you can teleport up to twice your speed (up to the maximum distance allowed by the spell or ability), dividing this teleportation into increments you use before your first attack, between each attack, and after your last attack. You must teleport at least 5 feet each time you teleport.
