I think the recovery for poison is at the end of your turn Khaul, so I think you should get to act normally, and then be confused starting at the end of your turn.

Hmm, I think that means 21 CP, 3,3,3,3,3,6. I have a 7 I could swap to, but that still leaves us high tier. (And I have some desire to play my Oracle once more as is, but could swap if needed.) If somebody wants to swap down to a level 5, I can swap down to the 7 and keep us at low tier. (I guess theoretically 3 people could swap down from 6s to 5s instead but clearly that's not a great solution) Or we just just play it as is and trust the system.
