Pointing to the dead guards, now piled on top of the dead thugs in a corner of the room, Tamara asks; "They definitely have some vacancies. But, are you sure you want to work here? Me, I'm going home. Let's get our payout tomorrow. You stick around. I'll see you."

"Did you hear that? We can cash our chips in tomorrow for 110%. That doesn't sound too bad. It's not like I would have won the tournament, so something is better than nothing, right?"

When Saul indicates for Dergo to stay, Tamara asks; "What do you think he wants with you? He's kinda creepy, don't you think? The way he waves around that stump of an arm. I think that I should probably just go home then. Maybe tomorrow we can come back here and cash our chips in together?"

"Dergo! Dergo, are you hurt?", Tamara cries out when she sees him re-enter.

"I'm blind! I can't see anything! Dergo, are you still here? What's going on?"

Dergo

Spoiler:

When Tamara sees you betting so much of your coins on one hand, she protests; "You're crazy! You're going to blow it all! With your luck, anyway".

But she can't help from squeeling and hugging Dergo when he finally wins. "You're lucky those dice were cocked. Someone was looking out for you for sure. I'm sticking by you. You must be a good luck charm

Dergo

Spoiler:

Thanks, can I also get a Sense Motive?

"My luck? Not so great. I'm not really very good at these games, but a lot of it is luck, right? I figure if I can get up a few coins, that's better than nothing, right? I think I'm going to go play some bounder."

"Serves him right!"

Tamara nods and the two travel a short while to her place. She shares a room with another serving girl, and the place is clean, though sparsely adorned.

She asks you to wait outside while she changes; she has little enough privacy as it is.

After a short wait, the girl that emerges is well worth the wait. A transformative effect has taken place; despite her youth, she looks mature, capable, and commanding in a simple red dress. Her hair up, she gives the illusion of height. She no longer reeks of ale, either.

Hooking her arm around Dergo's, she asks; "Shall we go?", and leads him off toward the Gold Goblin Gambling Hall.

Dergo watches Tamara tidy up some tables and serve more customers for a time. She eventually hangs up her apron, and moves back over to Dergo's table.

"Listen, I'm going to go home and change into something that doesn't reek of beer and sailors. I'll meet you soon enough."

She walks out of the bar, giving a nod to the new server that comes in to replace her.

When she gets a chance, Tamara scoots back over to Dergo's table.

"Yeah, I've course I'm coming. You think we're gonna have any customers tonight here? You're full of it, if ya do. And I'll not be pushing anything of yours for luck. I've got my own stakes to worry about. You think I wanna do this the rest of my life?" She looks down at Dergo, making eye contact intensely for just a moment. "Well you're full of it, if ya do."
