There. Submissions has been re-formatted, it will be put to other use later.
I left the relevant information incase it is needed (such as if someone drops) but I have no idea how long the information will stay there, long term :)
PS: curse Paizo and its inconsistent formatting >:( apparently it gets really wonky once you start combining hyperlinks within headings and embedded spoilers. :/
That and quotes/ooc's tend to get impropperly displayed half the time ^_^

Oh ya, My Vote is slightly in favor of Iron Gods/Kingmaker, but the Wastelands would be acceptable as well.

What do you expect to do when someone asks you where you are from? And no ranks in disguise when you spend your entire life in a human disguise?
Not trying to be mean (really not trying >_>) but I think you might have made an oversight ;)

A brief explanation of the setting as I am envisioning it. Guns are Advanced because we have move 50 years into the future of the Timeline.

The events of IronFang Invasion led to a destructive explosion that wiped out Nirmathas and caused great devastation to the surrounding lands. This explosion in turn freed the Whispering Tyrant from his prison.

The burgeoning Kingdom of the Freelands (Kingmaker) recognized the dangers as the Orcs commanded by the Tyrant once again invaded much of Ustalav with what appeared to be the intent of heading even farther east. The new Council journeyed into Numeria seeking weapons with which to combat the evils of the Tyrant now that much of the strength of Lastwall was spent. There they discovered that Firearms could be produced on a mass scale, if the investment was made.

With the aid of the King of Brevoy the furnaces began to churn out firearms and gunpowder on a massive scale. These weapons turned the tide and pushed the invaders back into the Hold and the Gallowspires. This did not of course come without great loss of life and resources and was a long struggle which ended only recently.

Then the creatures came... invaders from Numeria into the Freelands. Another war the young Kingdom could not afford. With the heroes who founded it old beyond their adventuring years, they will need new heroes to aid them and investigate why their neighbors from the north are invading and if they are not, what exactly is taking place.

First of course, they will need to clear out the creatures that have come south looking for trouble...

SUBMISSIONS HAS BEEN UPDATED!

I have gone through the entire interest check thread and recruitment thread to make sure I have gotten the Submissions as up to date as possible, and it has everyone's submission included.
I have also added relevant links to each persons submission, as needed :)
Note: the "Complete"/"Incomplete" indicator is just from my own, quick browse through and is mostly based off of whether you had most of the crunch and a block of backstory. I am not the GM, he might think differently XD
I have also added the links for the Map and Freedom Charter and added the complete set of traits (so you don't have to go looking through the entire thread down the road).

If you would like me to add something, or I got something wrong let me know ^_^

Hi Storyteller, Gobo Horde here :)
Within this alias is a complete list of applications*, a complete set of Character Creation rules, a list of all your houserules and a brief synopsis of the campaign setting (will be filled out more as you fill me in ^_^).
The basic idea is that everything you need or say or rule is in one spot, and it can be upgraded day by day (instead of a 1 hour time limit). I can also (eventually) list everything that people list about their own characters and provide links to all the bits, even if they are spread out, then compile them all together to significantly ease your burden :)
best part, if someone changes their submission, I can update it from time to time to have an updated list.

*I ran out of time and energy right now, so the Submissions part is a copy/paste of Reverend Bob's work. All credit for that goes to him :)
I will soon write my own list, but for now, hes the guy ^_^

But I need 2 things :/
First, Shadow, if you could go through the document and let me know how satisfied you are with it, or what needs to be changed. Once you have done that then the document is usable and we can all refer to this one, single document, instead of a scattering of miscellaneous posts :)
After that (once I get the submissions part done), if people just let me know when they change something big or if they want me to change something I have referred about their character ("The rifle is just a backup weapon, I punch people with my fists!" or "I am a human, not an Aasimar!" kind of thing) and we should be good :)

Of course, if you have a "secret" agreement with the GM, then you wont be included in the document :/

However, I am really confused by the character creation rules :/
Are we lvl 3? lvl 4?
Gestalt, or single class and gestalting later?

Disclaimer:
The Submissions page is based off of the observations of another player and as such are not an indicator of the GMs intent. That includes things such as the completeness of a submission. It is usually just a quick glance on my end, not an in-depth study.

@Vagabond?: I really like the Telekinesis Sphere :) However I have built up a 15th lvl Incanter and still had to leave things behind, there is just so much you can do with that sphere (and a talent for each!) :)
Grab something like the life sphere and a lvl 3-4 Incanter could probably max it out already :P
There is also the Unorthodox Casting trait that lets you do exactly that, bonus if the GM lets you do it for free :)
As for Skill Focus (Linguistics) (and Linguistics boosting traits for that matter) they only increase your modifier, they do not grant you bonus languages, sorry :(
However, check out the Cosmopolitan feat!

Unorthodox Casting (Magic):
Benefit: Perhaps you are a druid trained in nature magic by a fey such as a nymph or satyr; maybe you grew up in a great library where you studied the magic of nature and geography; or perhaps you learned magic from an academic who combined study and meditation in equal measures. Either way, you embrace unorthodox techniques that change your approach to magic.

Choose any one mental ability score, you use that score as your casting ability score for any sphere casting classes you have, thus affecting the use of spheres, talents, spell points, etc. This does not change or otherwise affect any class specific features they may have based on another ability score, unless that class feature specifically calls out a casting ability score anywhere in the class feature.

I have also finished most of the crunch for my character, Beast. However I have yet to work on any fluff for the guy (and hes hairy!).
He turned out quite a lot like Wolverine or Sabertooth, moreso Sabertooth, but with a nicer attitude :P

•He has claws. These are more like really sharp rending nails then wolverine claws and you would probably wont notice them when hes not using them.
•He has a huge Healing Factor. Something to the tune of 1d8+15 as a standard action or Fast Healing 3 for 5 minutes.
•However he can only heal and affect himself with his abilities.
•Highly adaptable. Can morph keen senses, woodland stride, faster speeds, Lunge, Pounce, Rend, DR ect.
•Pistol sidearm backup weapon.
•When hes pressed to the wall, he can take on a ver feral appearance that seems unnatural (Fey Form) but grants him increased strength and endurance. He does not enjoy "going Savage" and will not do so if he can help it.
•Note: He has Animal Form, where he turns into an animal shape however it doesnt really fit my image for him, so he will never use it.

Here we go! A complete list of submissions and an up-to-date Character Creation summary :)
In here you will be able to see a list of what everyone is posting, a quick blurb of what they intend on doing and all of the Character Creation rules in 1 place.
Best of all, I can update it as a single unit over time instead of having bits and pieces all over the place >:)

Everyone: Could you just give me a quick 1 line about what it is you expect your character to do, or what is important for for character? The summary will help other people better understand your intent (IE a Rogue with high dex might be going for guns or daggers).
Something like: "My bomber throws bombs, has a shotgun and a high Engineering skill." or "My Gunslinger fires high precision, single target shots, has a high stealth and likes to smoke cigars".
Also, if anyone wants me to add something about their characters, just let me know \^_^/

House ruling on a feat from the epic pdf:

Mysterious Epiphany requries you to take Mysterious Insight three times, thus gaining six revelations.

This is the same amount a 19th level Oracle would posses, before gaining a final revelation at 20th level.

When i saw that you were building a Nymph, my wariness immediately went up. I have seen a few too many times where someone would build a Nymph Suzerain.... Cause it was not explicitly banned...
25 Cha, +6, + everything else you could possibly do to boost Cha, + Oracle + Sorcerer...
Take that Massive Cha Mod and add it to: AC (Deflection), AC (Sacred), AC (replacing Dex), Saves (Racial), Saves (Moral), Attack (moral), Damage (moral), skill checks (Moral), Knowledge checks, allies Attacks, Damage, skills, Saves...

Then add in a level of Monk and 2 levels of Paladin for an additional Cha to AC and saves, and Wis to AC and CMD...

And then just keep adding things, Bardic Performance, Courageous, Pale Green Ioun Stones, Rage, Spellcasting...
It just never stopped.

This was also part of the reason for the nerfs/clarifications about stacking. If this thing every existed, I Golarion would spontaneously implode around it XD

@Brig: A lvl 17 spell is the same as a lvl 8 or 9 spell, you just have to fill up the last 8 levels with metamagic :)

But it doesnt stop some people from trying, or from trying to get it through 2 bonuses that do stack, like a deflection bonus to AC as well as a sacred bonus to AC, both using your Cha mod (an incorporeal Oracle for instance).
Some of those questions I am not asking for my own sake.


Actually, here is a list of commonly asked questions for you to answer. The idea of having them asked in one spot instead of everyone asking you, and so we are all on the same page. I will also add them to my Document :)

1: How is Caster Level calculated when combining classes above level 20?
a: They stack additively as normal from the Epic PDF on page 5.
b: They are hard capped at 20 from Base classes and Prestige classes.
2: How many spells, spells known and spell levels do I gain after lvl 20?
a: You gain additional spells, spells known and spell levels according to the charts on pages 13 and 14 of the Epic PDF.
3: How many additional Power Points and Powers Known do you gain for levels above 20?
a: gain an additional Powers Known as from the chart below;

Powers Known:

Marksman, Vitalist, Wilder: +0.5 per level above 20, rounded up.
Cryptic, Dread, Psychic Warrior, Tactician: +1 per level above 20
Psion: +1.5 per level above 20, rounded down.
Almost came out even :p Just the Psychic Warrior is slightly off. Dang Psionics and their lack of consistency!!!

and gain additional PP according to the charts in the Submissions tab (at the bottom)

4: How do you calculate linear increases to class abilities that come from sources beyond a 20th level base class?
Examples: a Rage Prophet would boost a barbarian or oracles class abilities above 20th level. An Assassin could boost a rogues sneak attack above 10d6. Magical knack boosting your CL above 20, to a limit of your HD. Plus more.
a: The abilities function as normal, extrapolate class abilities above 20 as needed.
b: Abilities that state a maximum within 20 levels are hard capped and cannot be increased beyond this.
5:I have 2 abilities that are similar to eachother on two different sides of the Gestalt. Do they stack?
Examples: A rogues Sneak Attack and a slayers Sneak Attack, or 2 sources adding an ability score to a stat (like double Cha to AC).
a: Multiple effects that are very similar or identical do not stack with eachother.
b: Both sides of the Gestalt are considered separate entities. Unless the effects are identical they should stack together.
c: Confirm with the GM before you decide to have similar effects. The GM will make judgement calls on most of the cases.
6: How do class abilities that grant enhancement bonuses to weapons and armor stack? How do they stack in regards to Prestige classes, multiple classes and Gestalt?
Examples: A paladins Divine Bond, a Magi's Arcane Pool, or a Soulknifes Mind Blade?
a: Abilities that grant enhancement bonuses to weapons and armor stack with all others that are legal. (RaW)
b: Abilities that grant enhancement bonuses to weapons and armor do not stack, for sanities sake!
c: The abilities do not stack, but a prestige class that alters/increases them do (as an exception).
7: Legendary items. Can Items go beyond the +5 Enhancement bonus cap and the +10 total bonus cap? Can items be enhanced further using the above abilities?
a: Yes. Refer to page 77 of the Epic PDF for more details.
b: No. Way to powerful!!!

Well those are a few of the more common questions, and I imagine having a concise answer for them will help quite a few :)

Hi all!
This here is my epic idea, within this alias will be a list of all the submissions and an up to date list of the rules :)
That way when a rule gets changed or something needs to be added, then it can be incorporated without needing to check through all the previous pages, as well I can create an up-to-date list of everyone interested :)

I have yet to format it, or populate it with anything but I wanted this to be at the top of the page :)

Alms for the poor? Kind sir could you spare some alms for the poor? My what a turnout! And what might this crowd be waiting for? I aint never seen a group quite like this!

The smartly dressed goblin wearing a two piece tuxedo and standing just over 2 feet tall with a rather large pistol holstered at his side was cut off by the Kommandar.


And finally, here is GabberJabber, my Goblin Herald (and cohort).
Mostly, I have only gotten crunch for him, with bits of fluff regarding him floating around out there.
He is a CE Goblin Rogue 15, Mythic Trickster 1.
He runs around proclaiming the greatness of The kommandar, denounces his enemies, and when all else fails, pops a cap in your face and heads for the hills!
