A crit fishing worshipper of Lamatshu with Destroy Identity feat.

How about a Yeti cooler Trap? ;)

Thanks for the feedback. How would an alchemist get some fruity smelly goodness to add to this build?

And it got me thinking of a new character that would throw ice cream for attacks. I found the idea funny and my first thought was rimed snowballs. But the place I visited used Nitrogen to freeze the cream and it popped and fizzed and vapors were drifting over the counter and I imagined an alchemist. I also momentarily thought of a kinetisist, but never played one. How would you build this character?

I had an inquisitor with madness domain and a conductive/cruel weapon with cornugon smash that could lay down some serious defuffs to saves. The spell casters loved playing with him.

Tumor familiar

Thank you for everyone who posted.

I guess the original thought was a half elf with a Fauchard, yes going phalanx3 to skit it magus, but then I started thinking that I would partner it with the arcane strike, combat reflex, bodyguard feats, and if I did that I was going Dex build over StR. Then was trying to figure how to get damage out of the build, slashing grace, etc, the trouble is most feats say light or one handed weapon and the Fauchard is a pole arm.

Isn't that usually frowned upon by gm's

Slashing grace or kensai's uncanny defense or daring champions abilities... I'm trying to build a reach weapon user with one hand free, should I just go barbarian Titan mauler?

Have you considered Cavalier with Honor Guard Archetype and Order of the Dragon?

This is the type of meele support I play. You just get Swift Aid for sure and Combat Reflexes for sure.
There is still room for other feats. I filled them with tripping stuff, but you could also use the halfling feat chain.

Helpful Trait and Sworn Defense / Intercept Class Feature are perfect for your intentions, also their are very good with Swift Aid.

For more support, you have free Teamwork Feats for giving away. (Maybe Tactician Archetype on the top)

I love the witch class, but be careful not to upset your GM with the evil eye, misfortune, slumber, routine every encounter. Let other players have some fun too. Try being the buffer, healer, or primary caster to mix it up. I even liked going into melee with mine. (1 lvl of samurai) my original thought was to be an eldritch knight. LOL

Well I see the shape spells and monstrous physique also grant it if you take on the shapes. but potions can't be made from personal spells, and wands require umd checks. if someone has a neat build that burrows I would like to see it. Thanks.

Well, just found a couple more:
Delving (armor enhancement)
burrower's bridle (magic item

feats:
ratfolk burrowing teeth
oread earth glide
warren digger (ghoul)

anything else?

Polymorph the spell
Burrow (ranger spell)
wild shape (Druid)
are there others? magic items?

Can you show me where using a special ability qualifies as being able to cast a spell? I would also like for it to be true but I'm afraid it isn't.

When you say finish EK at level twelve? do you mean 10 lvls of EK? As far as I know SLA don't meet the prereqs you have to have a caster level high enough to cast 3rd level spells.

I wanted to play a variant channeling cleric for the effects but still wanted to benefit from the channel. Is the +2 per die halved to +1 or do you get half the channel then a static +2 per die?

Ferocious tenacity from OoG was awesome. It got nerfed hard in ARG.

Posting again for advice with a rogue/barbarian build.

I hoped the idea had merit ala Prisoner of the Horned Helmet. (DeathDealer)

I've never played a rogue. Does it work in play? Big Half Orc Charge-Power Attack -Two Handed weapon SA, Next round go into you cleaving-surprise follow through- cleaving finish chain (improved also). Combine with Lunge and Fauchard= bodies lying all over the room. Sounds sexy, but does it work? Does it work if equipped properly? Slippers of feather step, Rhino hide, Impact weapon, belt of thunderous charging.

Scenario 1: I get surprise on opponent. I can't charge Its a full round action, yes I get my normal SA.
Scenario 2: First round: If I get to act before my opponent, great, it works, if he goes first, nope, no SA.
Scenario 3: any other round of combat: SA if flanking; bonus if I can charge. Can I even get into position to charge? Acrobatics through threaten squares, not with medium armor.

Finally, Level 9 I can bluff as a swift to feint, can now charge, and pray I make it to the second round for the mayhem to be unleashed.

How is this useful? Bold strike- you have to charge (full round) and Sneak attack (Flank or act before opponent) I can see where it pays off at 9th level with unexpected charge- Bluff to feint as swift action, however it still has problems in the surprise round (move or standard).

Does a fighter need ranks in use magical device as a cross trained skill to activate a weapon with a special ability (standard action usually and command word) or say boots of speed? I understand wands, rods, staves, scrolls, artifacts have DCs. And assumed static enhancements like Belts, armor, meant just wearing the item, but what about rings with abilities or cloaks?

My question is not "swift action", I am assuming that if hit, then the armor goes off. My question is the touch spells: I have an inquisitor. Doesn't seem to be a good selection of spells for this item. I can only store inflict spells? I wanted Retribution but it has a close range? Can I store Righteous vigor and have it go off on me? Or does the enemy now tear me up because I just buffed Him? Thanks for the clarification.

Can you have a headband, helm, goggles, mask, with ear rings, magical make up and tattoos? Sorry for the last couple, just interested in what works together and what wouldn't.

I wanted to be a negative energy channel. Wanted to know if there was a spell that replicated Death's kiss, ie changes negative to positive for selected people. Playing one shots at local PFS, so I don't want to TPK.

Do the Magus and witch levels stack for purpose of determining level of DC for your hexes????

.

I wanted to build a negative channeling Clerice but was not going use Death's Kiss (Undead domain power). Is there another spell or feat besides Selective Channel (1st lvl) that will make this a possibilty. Thans for the help.

so, no

Well, I was very interested in the prestige class Eldritch Knight. Started as a Samurai and then went witch. I really love the hexes but now realize that the DC will not go up if I go EK. Will the Hexcrafter Archtype of magus stack with my existing levels of witch to increase the DC's of my hexes??? Thanks for the response.

Thanks.

A barbarian cannot enter a new rage while fatigued or exhausted

So this ends the rage or simply dampens it for a round?

If litany of weakness causes the fatigue condition for one round, does this end the barbarian's rage? Does this then cause him to be exhausted? Which would take one hour to recover before being able to rage again?

I'm trying to get a character 'online" and wanted to make sure that the conditions would all stack RAW. An Inquisitor Madness Domain spent the money on a conductive weapon, feat cornugon smash, prepped Istrument of Agony, and casting Litany of weakness as a swift action. touch of Madness: +2 skills, -2 att, -2 save: Shaken: -2 att, -2 skill, -2 ability check, -2 save: Sickened: -2 att, -2 damage, -2 Save, -2 skill, -2 ability check; and Fatigue: -2 Str and -2 Dex. Does that = -7 attack, -6(-7 reflex) save, -3 damage, -4 ability checks, -2(-3 Str/dex) skills???

Please tell me if I did something that was not legal. Thanks

If one took the Social Trait: Adopted (Glory of Old- Dwarf Regional) as a second trait could you take another Regional trait?

Where do I find the resonate ability of each different type of ioun stone? The only thing I found in Additional Resources was to use Method 1 of seeker of secrets.

Take or qualify for Dragon Disciple with his spell like ability counting as being able to cast 1st level spells. And use the class advancement +1 spellcasting level for his cleric advancement?

Fiendish Heritage is it legal? Or can the boon only be play vanilla?

Quick draw- Quick draw shield. Free action to don or put away. Casters could use this.

Jiggy,
are you serious or being sarcastic?

Someone gave me the advise to do one thing and do it well. not get stuck trying to do too much or you will be unhappy because you find you suck at everything.

So I tried, act first, Hit things hard, and intimidate. But intimidate, in my experience, isn't useful in Society. Wish I had Know (local) and Diplomacy as class skills for all my characters.

Sorry, its a rotating group of players. So I'm not always with the uber players. I just want to hang when I'm with the big table.

My Half-Orc Build was 7th lvl, 2Barbarian/3Inquisitor(FC)/2Fighter

HP 61/75
S 18
D 14
C 14
I 12
W 14
CH 7

AC 22
F +11
R +3
W +6

Traits Reactionary and Bad Reputation
Feats: Improved Initiative, Power Attack, Furious Focus, Extra Rage, Cornugon Smash, Vital Strike.
Rage power: Auspicious Mark
Domain was Madness.

Litany of sloth to get flank and Precise strike. Swift, Move, hit.

No the goal was not to beat everyone at optimizing. My stat buy is always 14, 14, 14, 14, 10, 10. Then add the modifiers. Jiggy, Your comment did get me to thinking about more role-playing. And Magus would be a good option. I've been trying for a reach/mobility/spells. And was trying Cleric (4)/Ninja but I keep scraping the idea.

I was upset with my first build when my half orc barbarian was being out intimidated by a skill focused half elf, and then a ranger in the group killed enemies while sitting in the back with higher AC and an animal companion while I took the damage. I guess I should be thankful the ranger dropped the bad guy before I went down.

Now I received of Tiefling as a boon and would like to shine with my second character. However, another player is going to Barbarian/Alchemist(Vivisectionist) I know it'll be min/maxed. Can someone help with a build that can keep up with a full attack archer or a raging hulk that has sneak damage?

Thanks to everyone for you ideas and opinions. Love it.

I already have the Masterwork Great axe for 320gp. Do I sell it for 160gp and then purchase it for 2250 or can the 320 go against the upgrade and I can purchase it for 1930 gp?
