Lost internet so I failed to fix the above my bad :(

Sophitia looked to Lin as she turned red with the thought of embarrassment. "Lin you know I've never gone to one of these events. How about I go warn Sir Lamorak..." At the lookshe received from Lin she grumbled. "We're going to have to find a dress maker."

Lin grumbled. "We met Kyras Erodel and he has the Glass now... As for the approaching army I think it would be best to inform Damian that the glass is on the move. We will get Min back." She looked pointedly at Sophitia who blushed in response.

Sophitia taken aback by the nonchalant way Mai and Livain talk about an approaching army looks back an forth between the two with an incredulous look on her celestial face. "Greet them? What is it that you people don't do?" She looks to where her companion once was before taking note of an approaching Imperial messenger.

She eyed him as he approached and bowed, extending his hands while holding a piece of paper delicately. Sophitia took it hesitantly and opened it. When her eyes fell on the message her eyebrows rose in surprise. "Is this a joke?" She reads the invitation to Lin and those present.

They had been formally invited as Adviser Chu's guests at the state dinner and they would need to dress well for the occasion...

Sophitia hid her annoyance as she spoke. "What can this Adviser be playing at?"

Sophitia looked conflicted but Mins order was absolute to her and she trusted him. With a flourish she sheathed her sword in one smooth move and turned her back on the strangely angry woman and her barbaric companion. Moving ti stand next to Min and Lin surprised by her sudden change...

Can I borrow your sword? Mine may not be good enough to hit this guy...

Um sir...

Sophitia looked conflicted, Min was ordering her to abandon Belsarious, then she suddenly understood why and nodded as she obeyed. Sheathing her sword she pulled on Belsarious arm to break his locked gaze with the man approaching for the Glass. "Sir you need to come with me now, we can talk at a distance." If it didn't work she jogged over to where Min was and turned back towards Belsarious. A pained look on her celestial face.

Sophitia doesn't listen, her oath stands and as Belsarious becomes shaken she moves to protect him from the roaring man. However she doesn't say a word, despite knowing full well she was most likely out classed, completely, in this fight.

Sophitia nods in understand as she continues to stand there, ready for action as she keeps close to Belsarious. However she suddenly does a strange motion with her longsword, spinning the hilt in the palm of her hand like a strange magic trick before grabbing the it firmly and taking a completely different defensive stance. "Please stay close Mr. Belsarious, I wouldn't want you hurt if this man is under compulsion... My oath as a Paladin I swear you will not be harmed this day."

Readies oath of Loyalty +4 on saves and +4 AC for Belsarious if the man makes a hostile move. Requires her to remain close to the one she swore to protect.

Sophitia was nervous, looking from Belsarious to the man and woman floating in front of them all. What Lord Min had said though stilled her heart for a moment before she gathered her resolve and focused once more at the task at hand. How her guardians got mixed up in dangerous work like this was unimaginable. Her voice was confident as she spoke to Belsarious. "Are you sure about this?"

Fixed

Sophitia drew her sword with a flourish that would have impressed her instructors back at the training. She however moved over to protect Belsarious, staying close to the elven mage as it appeared his work with the abomination was too important for him to not survive this confrontation.

"Belsarious sir it appears the wielder of that thing is here. PLease be ready to retreat, I will protect you."
