Be amused for take on the Apallie as an ancestry. The notion of a small slime invested with a impression from a spellcaster or psychic that tries to integrate into society.

Got a special love for Carrion Hill, the history of the place and location is quite interesting. All the buried remains of the different settlements meant any building is sitting on top of several layers of troubled history. Not to mention the whole industry that is constantly trying to keep up with the decaying infrastructure is a great touch. Now wonder what might happen to the place with Whispering Tyrant return will the Butcher return back there.

Hello,

My subscription order #3150006 has been generated. Though I still have my pre-Order of Emerald Spire sitting in pending as Order #3123843. Is it possible to both be shipped together?

Maneless shantaks are hardly a new development in the venue of shantak art.

And no one's quite guessed what the last one is exactly yet... the key for that guy remains in the title—specifically the words "public domian."

It also helps if you know what one of my favorite nautical novels is, though.

I'd always assume it was the Great White Whale from Moby Dick. Then again, I half expect to see a skeletal Captain Ahab all tied up to it.

Well, some time has been assumed to have passed for Irovetti by PF #35 compare to when he's been depicted GtRK to explain how he's become tougher then the level depicted there it was mentioned. So there is time to have shaped himself up more during that interim too. Can always blame that fey lady manipulation for the changes too.

Already on back-order, people really gobbled this up.

This order seems to still be in the state of pending for several weeks into the following month. Curious on the current status of it. Further note, that during the waiting period the payment order had to be updated due to expiration date change.

Interesting bit for the Tengu in another monster entry was the note that another of the common type of fleshes an Oni might use for its form is that of a Tengu. Which provides another kind of angle for them too which I found intriguing.

This latest one certainly fills me with delight. Moloch is one trooper keeping at it till his body is naught but fire and charred bones. Stygia sounds like a great place to trudge through there. Freaky skull-faced gargoyle like fellows and robed figures in swamp-mired ruins what great company.

Also... I reserve the right to waffle and decide later that Groetus is a demigod.

My idea that he's a god is pretty much 100% fueled by the fact that he's the size of a small moon and stats for something like that would be stupid. So by making him a god, we avoid that problem.

BUT If Groetus is in fact not the moon and that's just his vehicle or shell or something and he's something smaller inside it... maybe he CAN be a demigod.

In any case, the word CAN be used back and forth when speaking about Pathfinder deities, at least until we do some crazy post-epic "here's how to play a god" book about 34 years from now. But until then... whether or not something's a demigod or god doesn't make any difference to the worshipers.

Frankly... it's when we get the urge and decide "Wouldn't it be cool to stats for THIS GOD?" that we lock in if a deity is a god or demigod. By which reasoning we've only confirmed that one deity is a demigod so far: Achaekek.

I'd imagine something similar to Atropus from Elder Evil might be a vehicle to utilize Groetus as a grand challenge. Traveling across the harsh surface to battle forth his aspect or manifestation of his consciousness.

Interesting tease on the next AP in there too, Kingmaker. Along with the River Kingdom that will make for some interesting times.

I'd have much preferred if they had used the space to give us Dragon feats. Can never have enough Dragon feats - the DM always needs good combinations of feats for dragons in order to increase the probability of killing the PCs beloved characters.

Too bad, they remove monsters from having feats. Maybe alternate powers is an alternative options instead?

Though looks like they took the Sand Dragon from Sandstorm and use their form as the basis for the Brown Dragon now.

Interesting, albiet at only two pages seemed a bit cramped. Those obstacles writeup sure do take up a lot of spaces to detail all the different nuances. Wonder if the other articles for CC will carry on the two page format too?

The curse I always imagined was social stigma and being thrown out of the whole power structure that is Drow society. Instead your are given a cusp of power which you are unable to effectively use to any advantage and your form simply reflect something that shoud have been seen as a blessing. A crazy ironic and poking thing to be put into after going through such promising rise.

Either that or go with the substain effect route too for duration.

I've heard this line before, but where is it from?

Probably from the Zork series. Though I miss the Elemental Grues nasty critters.

I wonder how this delay will effect the Goodman Games 4e game for Free RPG day coming up June 21, '08. Sure it isn't selling the product, but if they just release it without the GSL in it, since probably had to be printed now to meet that date. How is that goign to work out?

I remember seeing in a Dungeon magazine in the last couple of years a template that added extra limbs to a creature. Does anyone happen to know where it is? If not I can go searching through my mags for it, but if someone knows right away it would save me a lot of trouble . . .

It was in Dungeon#136, adventure "The coming storm".

Dungeon#142, "The Bright Mountain King", had a potential throw-down with a Gold Dragon guardian at the end who sees anyway entering the final place as intruders. Not interested one bit in diplomacy just removing the intruders.

Order#935259 arrived with only the Pathfinder#9 and no Gazetteer included in it. So chalk me onto this list.

It is extremely light in actual truth. There is just one feat, two stats writeup and a page of class breakdown for certain NPCs as the only reach game rules content for it. The rest is just pure description and detail on the city and its people.

Rather apathetic to the article in truth. Nothing really exciting I found in it about them. Really, not sure if having them as a sort of nominal big bosses there really jibes with me. Just something about them and how they describe the minions seem a bit off-putting I guess.

Hopefully there will be some other bigger baddies to lurk in those dark fey places too besides the Fomorians and their cyclop buddies.

I'd imagine they are probably focus on the ravaging of flesh. When you think about it, they don't treat their playthings that delicately. So they sate both their carnal appetite and desire for destruction in a rather expressive manner.

The art is amazing, the layout looks clean... The monsters are cool. The Harrow Chapter may well change minds about the Deck itself.

The Reefclaw is downright fearsome for something that is only in the small size category.

Could be trying something different with this Player's Guide compare to the last two. Experiment a bit more with it so the old one wasn't suitable anymore.

Given how the relationship and origin that Demons now go by in 4e, you wonder how things will work out with Yeenoghu and his gnolls.

The invocation grade you can take is noted in the class abilities progression chart. At 6th Warlock, you can take both least and lesser innvocation. At 11th Warlock, you can take either least, lesser, or greater. At 16th Warlock you gain access to Dark grade and can choose any of the prior grades too.

In Fallen Angel from Dungeon #117, the Memelith template has a special quality called Inner Turmoil (Ex) that states it grants three effects. The description only list two effects: difficulty DC save when doing long term skill checks and charisma skills DC increase when influencing the Memelith. So I was wondering what is the additional third effect is suppose to be?
