Since all of the emails, phone calls and posts in the Customer Service forum have gone unanswered, I figured I would post again (not sure what else to do at this point).

I still have not received an order I made in June (Order #3160816), I have checked with all my local mail providers and it is not with any of them, so I would like you to refund the $247.40 cents to my credit card as soon as possible. I will be closing my credit card account at the end of next week (as I am moving countries), so this issue needs to be sorted out by then.

I was hesitant to order through Paizo, but you guys seemed like a legitimate website with great prices. If I had known that the customer service was of this poor quality, I certainly would not have.

Please reply in a prompt fashion, as I will be leaving the country soon and I would require either the books I ordered or a refund to my account as soon as possible.

I have checked with 3 different postal providers in my neighbourhood, and still no books. It has been over two months, so I am less than certain that they will actually show up at this point. Is there any way for me to receive a refund?


I'll check with the locals and get back to you if I manage to find anything. I'll keep in touch.


To Customer Service

I ordered a bunch of books (Dark Heresy and extras) at the end of June this year. I was charged for the order on June 25th and it was shipped a few days afterwards. I still have not received the shipment.

Is there some way that I can check what is happening with the shipment? Whether it got lost or is stuck in customs somewhere. I would really appreciate the help.

The order number is Order 3160816.
