I said before blatantly obvious threats should be prosecuted including context of any conversation pertaining to it. The satire argument is from if the conversation/s were taken out of context & in context showing an unrealistic threat. The examples I seen her use could also just be fringes & that does not include any she didn't see as what she saw was post only not before & after responses. It would've helped her if EA got a show trial on the forumers to sue them till they have nothing then press release it to gaming media during her time.
My view on humanity is simple every person can lie, cheat, steal, or worse to another directly or by proxy therefore I'm not worried about it.

Yea I don't see how jail time for satire of human cruelty deserves jailtime that seems like a waste of everyone's time. If you'd rather no jokes of darker behavior as a whole what else do you include as jokes about suicide, self destruction, depression, atrocities are also satire material. If you want thought crime for those too I hope you'd pay for upkeep of more overcrowded prisons.

The Bill Hicks routine & anonymous people who make jokes about cruel side of human behavior are both a satire & take them both out of context it's vile or whatever you want it to be. I do know the difference between just flat out threat that sure you got something to charge them with like conspiracy etc, but if there's instances of messages where no threat can be seen with only her seeing things in message that aren't there then jailing someone for a crime they didn't do is also an injustice.

A good example of death humor I can think of is by Bill Hicks in a routine of his he jokes about himself being assassinated. I'm glad to know you'd accept things on hearsay as a judge without any form of context given. Civilians don't have FISA court privaledges so evidence gathering is prosecution side which means screenshots, intent, & then litigation for restraining orders etcetera.

The gathering of her evidence against someone who she thinks is a credible threat is a simple process of saving conversations with person then giving to her lawyer or EA's lawyers to prosecute.

Theres dark humor for everything it's sorta a motto for comedy no sacred cows. I'm surprised it seems that without any evidence of entire conversation she's had just because a 'threat' was supposedly made, again if we're calling for witch hunts with no context given in as evidence enjoy when it's turned on you.

The draw distance is better than sr3, all of the spoofs are better thought out too.

If the terrain your fighting on though has a high monster population with casting abilities of their own then your battle has increased in difficulty & expense.

You seem to miss another possible way battles could be fought just use low level monsters as war slaves then have someone with summon monster iv to demoralize behind enemy lines or supply lines.

The thing is rants don't actually solve any problem & the fact context for 'threats' or just basic misunderstandings with people who aren't fluent english speakers. I'm sure all here know how dark humor can be lost in translation on internet too. If it's that important to her show names of people who sent her threats with context of conversation then problem is solved police get search warrants etcetera. I say context again because without context everything you ever say can make you anything when taken from whole conversation.

If your speaking to large numbers of people then yes you do unless your ok with causing people to turn & riot?

I don't know if you've watched Master's of Horror series but there's a famous japanese horror director who did an episode called Imprint that you could draw some inspiration from for humanoid monster backstory fluff.

Developers should take crowd control courses as the old saying goes the larger the mob the lower the IQ. I'd think people would realise expanding your sphere of influence also increases normal day to day risks as it's basic probability or in other words increasing your dice rolls for risk.

You don't see where I'm coming from publisher's are using key devs as marketing just like using actors so as far as I see it before agreeing to do interviews with any news outlets use a false name or speak through a PR firm so that PR firm is getting the backlash then developers do not have these pressures.

It's not a change of position theres nothing stopping you from saving threats from anyone or anything & hiring you private investigator to stalk who sent you anything. As I seem to be only person who notices almost all people in acting have some form of protection with them so it would seem to me you get your name out there like an actor you should know their standard operating procedure against being stalked etc. A better example is the secret service exists for a reason so before having your name out there look before leaping.

The difference of trolling & real threats are collect your evidence & tell authorities. While collecting evidence on a troll's behavior is don't feed it a reply.
As I have also have mentioned any public figure moves or celebrity status means you take responsibility for it good & bad.

There is an important distinction between a troll 'threat' & an actual threat actually for instance a keyboard troll has no interest in actually physically harming only in your response. A real threat is someone entering your property etc causing harm you know like u.s. political officials have to deal with.

U.s. does have laws against threats, but at the same time all celebrity/public figures should have lawyers ready to file those charges & the public figure in question shouldn't say things that could inflame their following.
So if your doing things while having any 'celebrity' theres sharks in public sphere keep that in mind as every public figure has people aiming for your spot too.
This is the dual edge sword i'm speaking of.

If your having yourself in any form of celebrity/public presence there's consequences to that, which is why a majority of population avoids celebrity/public status so being known is in itself a double edge sword. I'm pretty sure this is why companies us pr firms as employees are buffered by people to take heat for them.

I was using in story references to guts sword & how it had magical enchantment after the in story years of use. Sorry if that was confusing I thought you were familiar with title.

I was wondering as guts from berserk was using his 'dragonslayer' hunk of iron mostly killing magical creatures of abyss, undead, & apostles (basically low level demons in pathfinder terms) his 'sword' was slowly gaining an aura from the uses which made him have a magical enchantment the hard way. Is their anyway to possibly mimic a mechanic of more weapon uses against magical/fey/abyssis,etc foes begin to slowly upgrade itself? I'm asking about a living campaign type game though not really for quick adventures.

How do the dragons of golarion view worldwound & if theres worldwound warped dragon kin in there? o.o

I don't know if you've read Clive Barker's Cabal but an album by Cradle of Filth called Midian was inspired by it about an asylum of various monsters with individual stories of tragedy about them each song. My question in the border states of worldwound do the authorities put insane fey & other creatures who sneak out into asylums so less harm to their populations or hunt them?

How would you say the witch class would fair in the worldwound?

I ment as a misdirection & possible for example if players thought nymph was a succubus or something along that sorta route to add more difficulty if encounter goes south.

& Would a mythic tiered Nymph be any trouble in a worldwound campaign just to keep players on their toes defense wise?

I'd say US is more surveillance state than police state as none of shootings were ever stopped from recent years. The military industrial complex still needs more boogeyman to justify it's own corruption though & terrorists everywhere is it's meal ticket.

How far back into pre old ones era is pathfinder going to go with golarion basically a who watches the watchers type question? :O

I'd be interested to see a golarion game but i prefer real time action rpg (dragon's dogma & dark souls). If not entirely open world maybe like a size of lordran from dark souls area in golarion for a game just throwing it out there.

O_O So I guess a feykin pc could worship Great Old Ones & be plausible or just a pc from a place of fey communities but not a fey itself? :)

I was wondering the player race description for catfolk [advanced race guide] seems to be nomadic so could a player be from almost any part of golarian in campaigns without seeming odd in adventure paths if i've read it correctly?
