Oddly enough, I got it to work by copy/pasting the lin into the browser address window.

The link itself wouldn't work, but pasting the address from the link into the window did.

Bizarre

I'm having problem downloading the files I ordered. Everytime I click the link I'm directed to a page that says

"Sorry
The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area. "

Need help please. Order #635994
