I'm having problem downloading the files I ordered. Everytime I click the link I'm directed to a page that says
"Sorry The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area. "

Several people have been looking into this throughout the day. I think we have figured out what the problem is, but the fix won't be in place for another day or two.
For now, try using a different computer or web browser.
Oddly enough, I got it to work by copy/pasting the lin into the browser address window.
The link itself wouldn't work, but pasting the address from the link into the window did.
