Worried about retribution, Nat ducks between his allies to get back into a flanking position with the broom (passing through Keznan's square to avoid a potential AoO if he has them). When he arrives, he once again attacks, this time with his mace.

"Oof, thanks Alec. I gotta quit doin' this." And yet, here I go again.

Nat loops around to avoid any opportunistic strikes and into a flanking position, with the broom on the far side of the skeletal caster. He lashes out with his rapier at the bony figure when he gets into position.

Assuming the summoned broom can provide a flank:

Even in the rulebook, the trained-only uses have no marking as such except that they are listed in the 'trained uses' section.

It's not explicitly listed as a trained use, but there's a paragraph in the introduction to it that implies it's trained only (emphasis mine):

Rules Update 1.6 pg. 9 wrote:
This new rule means that a character trained in Medicine can help their allies recover with a significant time expenditure.

It does allow someone to treat themselves, though, so Nat could do that, if we have time for another 10-minute period.
