So as not to tweak with dice ordering, Narayan would have left the Elbow Strike nonlethal, removing its -4 penalty to hit and giving him a free intimidate check.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 21 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 21 - 4 = 24
If that shakes them, then the next time he hits them, they'll become flat-footed, and he'll get two more free swings from Medusa's Wrath.

They're a couple scenarios old - I bought them after Vengeance at Sundered Crag, but I just left them on the Inventory Tracking section of the sheet rather than the equipment part. Apologies!

Atemi Strike is just me tossing fun names onto his different punches. It's the ki-spend attack. (I try to italicize keywords like stunning or elbow smash or the wrathful attacks from Medusa's Wrath, but sorry if that was confusing)

Oh, he has Boots of Speed, forgot to specifically say I was using a charge.

"Sselter?! Ssithisss, can you tell if he sstill lives?" Narayan's certainty and resolve seems to fade as he anxiously watches Vendalfek tend to the fallen druid.

Fighting in grim silence except for the measured rhythm of his breaths and blows, Narayan tears his way through the last of the foul undead!

Narayan readies himself to smash through the locked door, then pauses and looks back at Trixie to see if she would like to get through more subtly.

Narayan blinks slowly, not certain he has followed Not-Trixie's hypotheses. However, when she summarizes with a suggested direction, the tension leaves his shoulders and he heads to the double doors with a ready grin.

"Perhaps there will be survivors hidden here."

Narayan looks at the newly appeared wall speculatively. "I can clear thiss path, but it will not be quick..."

Narayan hisses with displeasure as the deadly energy washes over him, but then he hurtles into the foliage after the would-be-assassins!

Narayan darts around the edge of the foliage, shrouding himself in an additional shield of force.

"Thank you Not-Trixie," Narayan rumbles as he shuffles in to take a closer look. Arrows added for his general path unless something happens

Narayan's long buffs last less than two hours, so he won't put them up til he thinks there's some chance of trouble. But this does seem like trouble...

Narayan ambles forwards, taking a careful stance against the waiting undead horrors. Full Defense - AC is up to 40

Sorry, I misunderstood that the climbing had also been in initiative, my bad.

Since a rope with a nearby wall is DC 5 to climb, and moving at 1/2 speed only kicks it up to a DC 10, are you okay with Narayan having fast-climbed instead?

1/2 his speed is the full 30' so he'd still be able to shield (though he'd be a little farther back).

Okay, he'll take-10 for a 20.

Narayan has no special means of tracking vampires through the air, or even really on the ground, but does his best to keep pace with Selter.

Cagily, Narayan circles around Selter to avoid the Mohrg's reaching tongue before surging forward to dismantle it!

I've got Boots of Speed, so hit Bo in preference to Narayan if that's an option. I'll refund a charge if it turns out I was actually hasted

Narayan reacts to the vampire's blow with surprise and sorrow. "You cannot be allowed to sspread further ruin, but do not fear. Ssoon you will be at peacce."

Somewhere in there I'm guessing the Vamp will be dead, at which point Narayan will launch his way over towards the nearest Mohrg with a Flying Kick (as marked by the transparent green Narayan). That attack loses d6 acid damage, but also begins a flank for that and subsequent attacks.

Narayan rushes forward, wrapping a shield of force around himself!

Narayan will have light up, and just for fun, will keep a detect evil rotating around as well

As marked on the map, and unless there's not enough fuel etc. then he'll first light them around dark.

Narayan prepares for nightfall by gathering wood and kindling to set fires ablaze scattered around the village.

Narayan beams as he tucks into Balentiir's spread, but his smile lessens a bit as he listens to the mission. "Are there others who are sseeking this ring and itss power?"

While the staring eye remains quiescent, Narayan leaves it at peace.

Narayan's brow knits in consternation when Bo wants to go first, but he doesn't gainsay him.

If the tunnel goes up and under in a safe passage let's take it, otherwise, Narayan's planning to jump on through and see what can be seen.
