For me its more about the sniping penalty.I don't see why you should be able to locate me just because I made a ranged attack against you earlier, you didn't see where it was coming from.So if the penalty carries over the bonus should aswell.
I can see that its frustrating.That was sort of the plan with this build.If everyone can percieve me normally within the mist I wouldn't need to make a build around it. But you almost oneshotted me in round 1 4 points more and I would have been dead.
Nope,I keep my stealth the way it is.I moved invisibly +20, and took a -20 penalty on my stealth so those cancel each other out.This was also handled in the last match you could look it up in pit one if you're unclear about it.
Sorry,don't want to profit from unclear rules situations.But it does make sense to me.And I do think I should get some kind of big bonus to stealth for being imperceptible by sight.

Well that is how the arbiters ruled it in my last fight.As long as I am within the mist you cannot use Sight to locate me at all, that much is clear, so its the same effect as being invisible.
If you want I'll give you time to discuss this with the arbiter.

Well,.. question for the arbiter: can I use scent to track down Elik.Survival DC would be 10 to follow his track when Morskitter picks up his scent.Don't know if the arena is too small for this though.

Another thing is that I'm not even sure that you can take a readied action on your turn:
The ready action lets you prepare to take an action later, after your turn is over but before your next one has begun.
I think if you want to shoot me on your turn you would have to take a standard action normally.
You can ready a standard action, a move action, a swift action, or a free action. To do so, specify the action you will take and the conditions under which you will take it. Then, anytime before your next action, you may take the readied action in response to that condition. The action occurs just before the action that triggers it
If you take any action after readying an action you forgo your readied action.Moving is an action.
If Ritti did move(and I assume she did since I didn't)then she loses her readied action.Also if she is visible now that means my readied action triggers.Just waiting to get confirmation that we are on the same page here.

Perception 21, Stealth 23----my stealth rolls seem to be absorbing the majority of my bad rolls lately.Did you know that I currently have a +21 stealth mod?Yet I'm always below 25 with my roll.
...hoping for a quick finish , Morskitter throws another Acid Flask bathing the whole area in acid.
Acid flask at square G-3 ,if Ritti is in the spalsh radius she takes 5 acid damage.
Do I have to snipe while having total concealment(wich I had while I was throwing the flask)? I was sorta thinking I keep my stealth either way so I wouldn't need to take the penalty to reattempt stealth after shooting.
Of course you roll a crit right now. Not sure if I don't have oncealment from you though, it doesn't say so in the spells description.If that hits morskitter is knocked out.I'll leave it to the arbiter to decide.

That attack misses.Morskitter seems smaller than the last time you saw him.So where is Ritti? She just attacked so her stealth is down.Obviously I would change my action after your readied action so what was the condition? You spotting me? Or was my move part of the condition?

If you stand in A or B 12 then you take 5 acid damage from the splash again.
Well as we talked about its from the second cloud in the east so south east although I don't know if you actually saw them since the pillar blocks your vision too.
Those are not bombs, they are acid flasks and they don't allow a save for half with the splash damage as far as I can see.
Oops, I used a move and a full round action there , so its only one bomb since I couldn't use two weapon fighting. That means its only 5 damage from the splash.
