I am a Starfinder AP subscriber and I preordered Junker's Delight. My order shipped (Order 36533642), but I was not granted the Junker's Delight PDF.
I am trying to sync my Paizo account in the Fantasy Grounds store, and Starfinder Adventure Path #38: Crash & Burn is not showing up even though I purchased it on March 18th (order 36369640). I re-synced my account and from the response message I do not see PZO7238E included.

The second shipment for the above order was supposed to have the Starfinder Adventure Path #34: We’re No Heroes (Fly Free or Die 1 of 6). Instead, it included a second copy of Pathfinder Adventure Path #161: Belly of the Black Whale (Agents of Edgewatch 5 of 6). Any chance I can get the Starfinder AP sent out?
I have some players playing through the Age of Ashes adventure path. We just finished the first book, so I issued their chronicle sheets for #145. However, when I went to report the event, the reporting sheet kept reverting the "12" reputation back to "8". Did I do something incorrectly or is that a bug? The sanctioning document says "12 xp, 30 TB, and 12 rep)", so I think it is a bug on the reporting sheet.
I have not had an order for the October Society scenarios spawn. This is the second time this has happened. FYI, and probably related, the PFS scenarios should be complimentary and the SFS scenarios charged. Thanks for your assistance.

Somehow I registered 2 PFS2 characters on your site and they were both assigned 2001. Can one of the numbers be changed to 2003? I created a third character and it correctly got numbered 2002. Thank you. (I also posted in Website Feedback since I wasn't sure who would handle this.)

Page 460 of the CRB (under Heroic Recovery) says if you spend all hero points you lose the dying condition and have 1hp. On page 467 (under Hero Points), it says you lose the dying condition and are at 0hp. Is it 1 or 0? I would lean towards 1.
I am assuming the subscription order spawning has not occurred for the PFS and SFS scenarios yet. Any idea when that might happen?

I wanted to start a subscription to the Pathfinder Campaign Setting and I marked it to start with the Lost Omens World Guide. However, it is showing the subscription as starting with the Druma, Profit and Prophecy book. Can this be corrected please? Also, I did have the Lost Omens World Guide in my sidecart when I started the subscription. It looks like it correctly cancelled that one and added the one from the subscription, but can you confirm I don't now have two coming? Thanks for the help with both issues.
I have an order from Monday for the new Pathfinder/Starfinder Society scenarios which is still pending. Usually you do the actual granting the following day. However, this order is still pending. Did the granting process happen?

I got an email stating that my debit card had been declined. I verified the information and also contacted my bank. They didn’t show a transaction attempt from you, so I’m not sure why it is showing declined. Can you please let me know what I need to do to resolve this? You should be able to use the card set up for subscriptions (I tried re-entering that info on the order and it still didn’t go) as it was used successfully a week ago for my AP subscription.

I received two confirmation e-mails for this order: one at 11:18PM and one at 2:14 AM (ET) both showing the order in pending state. I do not have the files in my downloads. Can you let me know what is going on? Thanks.
For the second month in a row, my Society Scenario subscriptions are sitting in pending state even after the scenarios are available. Please see order 4551055.
Just FYI: I received an email this morning saying I didn't have a payment method applied for this order. However, I do have a payment method and it shows that it is being used by all 6 of my subscriptions. I did update the order to use my payment method, but I figured I'd let you know in case something isn't working properly.
I got my subscription shipment notification a little while ago, and I am trying to download the AP PDFs. I seem to be stuck in the personalization loop - I click, wait, click again and it still says personalizing.
Well, my subscription shipment (Order 3494103) seems to have made it to my local Post Office and then disappeared according to the tracking info - I'm guessing Goblins. How long should I wait before contacting a Venture-Captain to get the Pathfinders on the case?

There is something in the new Freeport book statblocks that I have not seen before (still relatively new to Pathfinder). There is a value "IP" in the Defensive section of the statblocks next to Hit Points. Does anyone know what it is for?
Nothing in my sidecart is for a subscription, but I though an order should have been generated.
This order says the items have been added to my sidecart, but the only item in my sidecart is the Pathfinder Origins #1 comic from a later order. Will this order end up in my sidecart when all items become available? Just curious how it is supposed to work. Thanks. |
