Will this event be in the same space as the standard PFS tables? (Unsure how to avoid the typical PFS "muster")

Given "Auditory" is clearly an distinct tag from "Lingual", I had a player frustrated by their Bard being unable to use "Counter Performance" against a Suggestion spell cast on an ally. (As the spells description seems to indicate a verbal 'command' is issued to the target)

Should the spell "Suggestion" have the "Auditory" tag? Are there any examples of lingual effects that are not auditory?

If the omission is intentional, is the Suggestion audible to non-targeted PCs? (i.e. is it Dune "Voice" or more Inception "Subconscious Modification"?) I don't have a good feel for the flavor here.

I'm thinking most veteran dungeon delvers would work to have as balanced and robust a party as possible. You folks up for collaborating on classes/roles to cover our bases?
