The character that I have in mind is a melee dwarven warpriest of Torag. He is just a little nutty, but nothing too out there and I think would make for a fun time with this group! We would be getting right up there with Tupp and be another person for Hepsubia to flank with. As far as leveling, he is 1.2, which is what we will be at the end of this scenario!

Kiango looks at the Halfling, very impressed with his instincts. Nodding sagely, he responds "Tupp speaks wisely, I shall partake." He takes a knee before Tupp and waits to be anointed by the wand. He then adds the scroll and other wand to his possessions.
Once the spells have been cast, he urges the party forward so as not to waste the blessing Tupp has bestowed upon them.

Thanks to my archetype, I can use the wand too! I can also spontaneously cast it if needed. Tupp, since you like to hit things, I am happy to take the wand if you wish.

I think Tupp's suggestion is fair. From personal experience, it is reeeaallllyyy lame when my spellcraft master doesn't get to roll for items. That said, after a certain point I feel like basic items should be obvious to identify (assuming the party has been investing into spellcraft).
Assuming a take ten and giving credit to the character for the identification, but having them actually roll when a take ten wouldn't make it seems like a nice balance to me. It is a little meta, but I think our group isn't going to abuse what little bit of information that gives us :P
EDIT: Now THIS is some purely meta thinking. We just landed a wand of lesser restore. IMO, those are crazy valuable. Since we all plan on gaming together, I suggest we take advantage of how PFS works and each buy the wand.

Kiango goes pale as Ylva laughs at their hosts disapproval. I suspect we shall not be welcome here much longer. He elbows the Ulfen hard in the ribs. "Venture-Captain says clearly the Lady Dacilane is important to Pathfinder Society," he whispers quickly. He only has time to shoot a disapproving scowl at Hepsubia before it is his turn to speak. Have they no respect for someone's home and hospitality?
With a respectful bow, he greets J. "Kiango," he responds simply.

Hmmmm... The speaker must speak the language of the listener and the listener must learn the language of the speaker. Such is the way with love. Kiango thinks to himself as he catches sight of the hurt in Lady Dacilane's eyes.

Kiango frowns as he reads the letter. Formal? Hrmm... I have my good furs and hides, however these strange lands are unlikely to see them as such.
As you all come down one of the roads, you happen across the familiar Samsaran dressed in the finery of his home land. A thick fur vest and well-oiled hides adorn his body, contrasting with the red in his face. "Apologies most great, on my way to our meeting, a faux pas I must ha-" he begins to explain, but stops as Drandle whisks right past him. He quickly falls in line.
"Is something the matter?" he asks his companions.

Gonna spend 2PP on a Wand of Cure Light Wounds. Not gonna tell anyone what to do with their Prestige, but having a couple of these bad boys floating around could be really useful in a clutch situation! I'm also happy to use someone else's consumables, so feel free to grab those wands/scrolls for me to cast on you!
No gp spent at this point in time. Will likely buy scrolls with it at some point.

Kiango is content to share more stories as they travel back, enjoying the uneventful walk after a what he hopes is a task well performed. Ylva worries at her scars. The first bite stings the most.
