According to 'My Subscriptions', the Iron Gods #2: Lords of Rust book was shipped to me on the 19th. I haven't received it and I also never received the confirmation email telling me that an item has shipped (which is what led me to check My Subscriptions in the first place). While that's still within the 4-8 day window of delivery, I've never had a subscription take more than 3 days to arrive after receiving the confirmation email. However, I never got that email. This is the first time a product has ever been late and the first time I haven't received a confirmation email so I'm worried that something's fallen through the crack somewhere. I don't see an order # listed under My Subscriptions.

Since some creatures are capable of regenerating even after they have "died", I was wondering how this affects the Paladin's Smite Evil ability.

Let's say a troll is my designated target. I crit with my Smite Evil, do tons of damage and it drops. However, since I haven't applied fire or acid to permanently kill it, does the Smite Evil stay in effect on that target or has it technicall "died"?

In the AGP especially, there are many options for a Druid to get access to different domains than listed in the Core. However, some of these domains have abilities the require the use of the Channel Energy ability, which a Druid does not have (and as far as I can tell, cannot get). For example, the Lion Shaman archetype gives access to the Sun domain. However, the core power of the Sun domain requires Channel Energy.

It seems extraordinarily gimpy to knock out the domains' feature ability; it's highly unlikely anyone would ever take it. Were they supposed to get some minimal Channeling ability? Something else to replace it? Or was the inclusion of said domains simply a mistake?

Thanks!

I was browsing a friend's copy of UM (I don't have the book myself) and looking through the variant channeling rules I noticed that a lot of them gave bonuses to saves or skills or whatnot. But I couldn't seem to find how long those bonuses (or penalties) lasted. Channeling normally creates and instantaneous heal/harm effect and I couldn't find mention of duration anywhere. What have I missed?

In the 1st. ed. AD&D DMG there was an appendix where you could randomly create a dungeon. You could even play solo as they had monster encounter charts organised by what level of the dungeon you were on (from 1-10). My friends and I used that a lot on days when only a couple of us were free to game.

I'd like to do something similar for PF but I don't know how to proceed with creating dungeon level based encounter charts. I just don't know how to transpolate the CR of a monster onto the appropriate dungeon level chart. Any ideas on how I should go about doing this?

Thanks!

My friends and I haven't played D&D since about halfway between 3,5 and 4E but no we're starting up a new campaign (using Pathfinder obviously).

I really like what I've seen of the various campaign adventure paths and I thought one of those would be a good place to start but I'm not sure which one to pick (I wish I had the money to buy all of them but, alas...).

We're all a bunch of old grognards (the youngest of us is 38) and I was wondering which set of adventures is the most "old school" (e.g. lots of action, exploration, dungeon crawly good ness, that sort of thing).

What would you guys recommend?
