Julian kept his eyes peeled as he searched ever cell, ever hallway and room thoroughly. He was determined to find the caster if she was still in the area.

Julian will search the Forge room, Starting in the north west area and finishing with the southeast area. From there he will move to the entrance to the prison area and hold his position.

"Probably, but by then though that demon's whore will have escaped." Julian tried to remember the direction that Anathya had pointed out and started moving in that direction. He called back to Aron then. "Let Irabeth know we've won Drezen and now all we got to do is some clean up of what enemies remain. Thanks Aron and watch your back, the last of our enemies will be desperate. DO not engage them alone."

Julian smiled as he drew Einherjar once more, moving to travel to areas that they hadn't searched before. He started in the forge room first, Looking for anything amiss among the areas they hadn't searched.

Julian smiled despite himself, sheathing Einherjar as he landed near Aron. "Good to see you in one piece, the demon was taunting us, mainly Rowan. She sent me to find you and prepare yourself, shes a bit clingy at the moment... yeah, we found it, the sword. At least I think we did, it seems to be inert or not up to what the legends say..." He remembers that he was looking for the caster as well. "See anything suspicious while we were gone?"

He sighted with relief when the whispers faded. "Gah... thank Desna that noisy demon is dea..." Anathya's and Rowan's moment together leaves him feeling... rather uncomfortable. It wasn't that he lacked Empathy but his mutated form had urges of its own. At Rowan's nod though he had reason to leave and quickly. "Will do. Be careful... You are far too overextended Rowan." He gently pats Anathya's shoulder, saying nothing as the woman unloaded. He wouldn't embarrass her more.

He moves out into the main hall leaving the banner with Rowan and flying upwards and down the halls in a quick search of where the caster may have ran too. Same with where Aron was currently...

At the Demon's taunting Julian narrowed his eyes, the red glare flashing dangerously as he restrained his growing rage and hate. Einherjar ran interference, distracting the beast that screamed to be unleashed on the pompous Shadow Demon.

"Keep an eye out for that caster that escaped earlier. I would bet my life he is calling for help."

Ready Standard action to throw a holy bomb at any new threats that appear. He will hold this action every round until the fight above them changes.

Julian gives a low whistle at Rowan's burst of holy might, though each layer of holy righteousness was indeed inspiring but ultimately futile. The Shadow Demons natural defenses were thwarting her and at Anathya's comment he grunts. "Not gonna happen. So just be ready to run interference if his friends show up." He turns back to watching the battle between the demon and Rowan then, clearly waiting to engage the moment he needed too.

He leans the crumpled red cloth against his shoulder and pulls out an extract. Uncorking it he smells it lightly before swigging it down in a single gulp. His inkuries nearly disappear as he tucks away the empty vial. Clearly he had drank down another healing potion of sorts.

"What...?" He catches the falling item and glares at the demon as it toys with the zealous Paladin. Glaring angrily at the pair, especially disliking being a banner maid...

"This is troublesome..." He starts to say as Rowan appears to be doubling her efforts. Though flashy. It didn't appear to do any more good than the last strikes did. Rowan was quite literally just trading blows with the Shadow Demon, though thankfully her armor was heavy enough for her to withstand for now...

"Keep away from the open doorway, he can push us. Last thing we need is to fall." He looks to Anathya and Nurah then as the demon and paladin battle above them. "Any Idea's?"

He looks to Rowan his Vrock like face twisted in utter hatred for having to hold himself back when a demon was so close. "Get up there and kill'em. Don't hold back."

Mutagen and Heroism have a max duration of 90 mins. I am assuming they both have roughly an hour or less left since fighting the caster in the other room.

Julian smiles at Anathya's attempts to harm the demon within her, seeing her spirit back was heartwarming. Looking to his companions he suggested, hopefully to the demons dislike. "Use this time to prep. Rowan see what you can do with that thing and start beefing up our resistances. Nurah, likewise on the dormer. We won't get another shot at this."

Julian castes Haste on everyone present; Nurah, Rowan, Anathya and himself.

Moves back 20ft from Anathya.

He looks to Anathya again, a roguish smile on his face. "Keep up the fight." He had a plan, Rowan couldn't remove the Demon but he was sure he could...

Forgot to add this. Julian still is under the effects of Heroism and Mutagen which is affecting his rolls will update stat bar soon.

Julian was disappointed, Einherjar was chuckling in his head, when nothing happened. Hearing Anathya's words he decided to rejoin the battle. he winged over to Rowan's side, handing off the banner in frustration. "Do something with this and... Good job." He was much more comfortable without somethig in his off hand. He looked to Anathya. "We will get you out of this."

I don't have anything I can do from across the room and even what could do seems questionable. Alchemist has access to Owl's wisdom but technically I can't use wild arcana to whip up a batch and somehow cross the room to make her down the potion unwillingly. :/

Seeing what was happening Julian decided he'd even the odds, he didn't even fear the demonesses attack. Merely watching as it glanced off Einherjar's glowing blade with the slightest flick of his wrist. "Irritating gnat..." A multitude of after images appeared as he shot upward with a single wingbeat, putting himself on the same level as the fleeing demoness. Before the afterimages caught up Einherjar was already flashing through the air in front of her. The blade was still heavily enchanted and in this darkened place glowed powerfully.

His beak snapped at her throat before he croaked out. "... just die." He followed his bite with another final slash as he lashed out in a final magic slash. This time the Arcane Mark on the Demoness was clearly {ENEMY}. He didn't expect the marks to remain but he enjoyed insulting the demon with every strike...

If she survives this, Perhaps its time to use a more beneficial strike Redeemed... Carving letters into her seems rather loathsome.

His attacks mirrored his hatred, each one telling, each one born from his fury for all demonkind. If the Succubi thought she would get away unscathed she was wrong. Dead Wrong. He cared little that she didn't turn on her ally and delighted in marking her with one of his strikes. Placing the symbol of Desna on her as Einherjar split her open with another pinpoint accurate strike. "May your shame be eternal weakling!"

Back, car troubles so I have been trying to get our ride fixed. Been a pain. Post is up and took a bit to make sure I was doing all my SWA, FA and SA's right. Mythic does make things weird sometimes haha.

Julian eyes fell to Nurah momentarily, a look of utter joy crossing his Vrock like face at her sudden betrayal with the demons. He smiled viciously back at the enemy then as he roared. "RIGHT!" In that moment he let go of the rage he had held back, especially seeing what Eustoyriax had done to his own companion. His face twisted as he stared into demons shadowy face, raising Einherjar which now shined like the rising sun. His voice boomed in the chamber as he moved forward wings stroking downward as he charged at the demon. "If I was Kirandra, I'd gut your sackless corpse and disappear!"

He didn't care if his words reached the Succubus or not, only that Eustoyriax was going to die.

MA: Fly into room 60ft move forward and to the left, try not to allow Eustoyriax to get a straight shot at his companions. He is trying to keep Eustoyriax about 5ft away and will utilize Lunge

Julian looks into the darkness with absolute fury. He didn't like this, one damn bit. At Anathya's off he nods and does as suggested, covering Einherjar in the luminescent oil...

With the locations of each trap in his minds eye he looked over his shoulder at his comrades"Stay close, trace my footsteps exactly." With that said he leads the way, Einherjar at the ready as he moved them around the perimeter of the edge.

Julian nods to Anathya, thankful to have an ally that had such useful gear as he continued with trying to avoid or trigger the traps.

Julian, hearing Nurah, turns back momentarily to assess her. His eyes glowing as his magical detection sweeps over her as well before looking back into the chamber. He gives a grunt of appreciation for her spirit. "Fast?" His magical detection complete he kneels, his mutated form coming almost down to her level as he affixed Nurah with his Vrock-like stare. "Speed won't keep you from getting killed but I like your spirit Nurah. Here..." He reaches in and pulls out his extract of Blur. "... use this if things get dicey. It'll make it harder to hit you."

He stands assessing the traps before him then, listening to Einherjar's wisdom, though clearly he was agitated as his enlarged tail whips at the thought of another ally to account for. However his words are heartfelt, he didn't want his comrades hurt. "You have a chronicle to write and I will see that you and everyone else survive this."

He moves towards the traps, looking for a way to disable them, he realized though that he lacked the ability to do anything more then avoid them. He wasn't skilled enough to disable magical traps Lacks Trapfinding ability :(.

Instead he draws out his Inkwell and, for every trap he successfully avoided, he used the ink to make the safest route. Not calling to his friends to follow until he was at the far side of the room. Even then he stood ready, just in case they fell so that he could fly and hopefully catch them.

Julian holds a hand to halt the others as he stands near the ledge. "Let me check for any traps in the area first..." He calls upon his detection magic, hoping to not feel a ping as he searched the chamber for any magical traps. He follows this up with more traditional means of detection, his acute perception.

He does his best though not to move from the spot he was at, just in case.

Julian lowers Einherjar, visibly less tense now as he spies a rather well concealed door. He was a ball of irritation, it was hard for him not to be as the whispering increased and continually disrupted his focus. He masked a full body shudder with a low growl as the trembling that had set in passed. I can't lose more comrades, not today... Before he spoke though he tempered his growing irritation and sighed heavily. "Yes. We encountered a shifter yesterday. So, sorry... You should literally not trust a thing in this place..." Einherjar's voice whispered in his mind, a soothing balm to the irritation that was breaking his focus but a grim reminder over his overprotective nature as well.

He looks at the pair then, a serious look in his demeanor and an odd shine in his eyes as he spoke. "Not even me... You should know as they do. Should I lose myself in this place. Then do not hesitate to defeat me." Any protest from his companions is met with a stern rebuttal. "We have come too far, I will resist but it isn't certain I won't fall. No matter what, We Must Win." He points to Nurah and Aron then. "Remember what I said." He turns his back then moving towards the concealed door.

Pointing to the door he nods to everyone. "I'm heading out first, there's a door here by this shitshow of a statue... So lets leave this hall. It makes my skin itch." He pauses a few paces from the door, speaking one last time before pushing through. "One last thing Nurah..." He smiled to himself n the shadow of the statue of Deskari. "If your name isn't in the chronicles I'll be disappointed because your slogging through the shit now."

At their sudden appearance Julian wields Einherjar at the pair, his Vrock like mutated state appearing completely angered by this turn of events, naturally because he was. He uttered a low growl in his throat as he spoke. "No. Nothing is as it seems, so touch nothing in these halls..."

He looked to Rowan, his anger more apparent. "I knew we should have told them to stay out of here. This place... Wait... " He turns to look at the pair, his blade still raised, this time it was far from friendly as Julians enlarged tail whipped in agitation. The growl becoming louder as he tensed up, cracking his neck in readiness for combat. "Do not move a step further. Rowan, Anathya... Are they truly here...?" The whispers had never ceased and he wasn't about to take chances, he didn't care what these two said. They could be apparitions, shapeshifted or mental psychosis from too much exposure to these dark halls. For all he know he knew this was a trap...

He cracks his shoulders rising to his full mutated forms height, completely ready for battle as he watched the pair with a stern and hardened gaze.

As Julian's wounds seal he gives Rowan a smile. "Thanks, remember what I told you both, regardless. If we catch up to her, she won't get away again." He turns towards the doors and checks quickly for traps before pressing forward through the doors they found. He didn't try to be overly quiet, feeling that their fight was loud enough to wake the dead...

Julian's head swiveled and he let loose a low growl. "We've yet encountered fierce resistance. Like the demon mentioned in the journal. Most likely she ran crying to them. Certain cast off's grabbed for scraps instead of securing their own power. I expect at least three opponents as that fake hero disappeared on us to." He looked back to Anathya then. "Interesting ability, it'll be more useful in the future for sure. So lets search the area and see if it leads anywhere else..."

He was hoping to avoid the searing hot room they had left if possible.

That is true, never thought of using it liket that. Though Arcane Mark is so easily abused. But never thought of using true strike or other buff up spells in that regard. Just thought it looked cleaner to do my main attacks, con checks and then spell strike last. xD

As his opponent vanished Julian spoke. "So Weak..." She didn't hear the rest as she had already vanished and Julian was interrupted by a sudden shout. He turned to look back at Anathya with a look of interest on his Vrock like face before acting swiftly He beats his wings powerfully, swooping towards Anathya and landing in front of her with inhuman grace with his wings spread to their full wing span. "Yes..." He quickly wraps an arm around her then, pulling her in tight before jumping upward and using his wings to carry her back towards where the woman once was. He releases her upon landing watching her with his pupil less eyes in curiosity as to why she had him take her there.

He never once sheathes Einherjar, for fear there were more attackers nearby.

At the mocking shout and attack from his foe the mutated Julian threw his head back and laughed in utter mockery of his foes words. His savage glare fell on her again, showing the pure hate he held for her kind. "How many demons have you bedded for power? I'm no ones tool weakling..." The Vrock that was now part of him seemed to take glee in their shouting, but Einherjar's voice grounded his choatic thoughts.

With unnatural speed he slammed back another extract, his wounds healing rapidly once more. His tail lazily putting the empty extract back into his pack as he stepped forward wings spread. Like an avatar of war he roared at his foe!

Julian swung Einherjar with such force that would kill most in a single swing. If his foe wasn't magically protected, he would have killed her already in his mind. The very air reverberated with the passing of the blade through the distorted image before him. His intent to destroy her utterly was without remorse or regret, the only thing that could save her is surrender and even then it was unlikely she was redeemable. To Julian she was too far gone and after seeing the dead in the dungeons and his fallen friends spirit he had no mercy to give. He bite at her with her vrock like beak, intent in ripping the distorted images throat out as he growled in anger. "This is for Soltengrabbe, my comrades and all those you left broken!!" Though his teeth had found nothing but open air he was undaunted, bringing back his hand as he started chanting. Also that makes me wonder since most of the time you have to use a verbal component if a Bite would occur at all either then. Since technically I wouldn't be able to bite and cast. :/

Okay hint, what did I mess up Rednal? XD Nevermind, I found it below... Ugh.

MY strength is too low for a damage bonus, with Herosm it bumps me up from a +8 to a +10 to hit which back in the grey garrison when I was like 5 lvls lower it was +5 so the math is good I think.

The only thing I can think of aside from that is Snowball, but with my Close Range Arcana I should have been able to SS/SC it into an attack with my blade... or is that where I fooped up?

Accidentally gave myself a +2 when I was trying to be mindful and break everything down. :/

So with Herolab counting them as secondary attacks the math is +6 (BAB) +7 (DEX) -5 (Secondary) +2 (Heroism)

His afterimages continued as Einherjar and himself were a blur of motion, he even got swings in with his vrock like claws and snapped at the Tieflings face with his have formed beak. As Einherjar became covered in snow he completed his spell. "Vilzriquathtor Garmth!" He finished the spell by slashing her across the chest, his savage glare never leaving his face.

Despite his opponents distorted image he never ceased his assault. "Don't die on me! We are just getting started!"

Julians arms splatter blood on the floor as the barrier fell, his killing intent literally radiate off of him as he casted one of his best spells first. In a clear attempt to unleash annihilation in the first few seconds of combat as a small bead of firey light slammed into the floor amid his foes. "Jennu ibafarshan di valignatir marfedelom!" His voice called out roughly in draconic as his body burned with the arcane backlash of his casting.

The damage to him was apparent but it didn't halt him from advancing on his foe. No sooner had the fire receded he was advancing on the enemy caster with Einherjar drawn and ready to unleash death on her.

His tail, though much more brutish due to the mutagen, appears as dexterous as ever as it pulls an extract out and hands it off to Anathya. He turns his head, his Vrock like face looking towards his companion in an attempt to hide what he as saying from the enemy. Who was no doubt watching. "This should help incase the b++!~ uses Fire on us. You need it more then I do."
