Assuming that we did a good search of the outpost, Jord would like to dig around in the computer files to see if there was any information, research or help with the disease. I'm specifically looking for any information that might help with curing it.

If no one else wants it, Jord will attach the survival knife to the front of his Squad armor. The laser pistol and graphite armor look nice, someone should take those! :)

I will keep this knife...for close encounters.

When Sparks asks about the computer banks, Jord seems to startle. I left my targeting system engaged. It disrupts my logic centers to some degree. Thank you, Sparks, for reminding me. Deactivating targeting system now.

With that, Jord pulls out his computer and joins Sparks at the terminal. He looks down at her and a small smile actually crosses his face. You are a very good companion. He says plainly.

Jord nods in agreement to Sparks as he shrugs on the squad armor. A logical argument, Ms Sparks. I admire your courage in this situation. Ysoki are fascinating creatures.

Having donned the armor and taken a frag grenade, Jord is ready.

Once the doors open, he peeks from behind the doorway and squeezes off a shot at the Orange archon with his laser rifle. To the party, he says:
I have no qualms of defeating these archons. As our wise Ysoki pointed out, they will simply resume existence in their own plane. As for the confused local lifeform, does anyone have a way to sedate him or otherwise neutralize him harmlessly? In the meantime, I will see what my memory module has on him.

I have programming in the use of thrown projectiles and am happy to take one of the frag grenades if there is one left. If no one else has use of the squad armor, I can utilize it. I have no need of being nimble. If you allow my to take the armor, it would therefore be logical for me to take the vanguard.

None of my primary skills have armor check penalty and I'm proficient in heavy armor. Jord will defer to other more, martial characters, however.

If given the armor, Jord will offer to open the door with his rifle at the ready. Otherwise, he'll remain in back with rifle ready to shoot over Sparks' prone form.

Jord looks at Sparks dispassionately and then looks around at the rest of the party, stating: We lawfully entered this abandoned structure. I do not regret our actions and we only returned force against a hostile foe. Tactically, we made the correct choice, there is no such thing as a "curse". You are simply attributing causation based on your predetermined belief system, Drogo.

Jord looks closely at Caldar's wounds and says: Our furry friend is correct, I will aid you, but we must go now. None of us will last long in this storm. Turning he peers after the Ysoki rushing into the gale. Quietly, he states flatly cocking his eyebrow: It will not recharge me.

Jord moves out double move and tries to get into the next shelter. He will try to remain with Caldar in case he goes down (I'm assuming Caldar's base speed is also 30'?).

I won't go stealth, since I'd rather move full speed and make it to the next shelter. I'm assuming there is a bonus to the storm save for being under cover?

@Caldar - damage goes to SP first, then HP. SP can be recovered totally with 8h rest OR with a 10 minutes rest and spending a resolve point

from Starjammer SRD:

Stamina Points and Hit Points
Whenever you take damage, it first reduces your Stamina Points (Sp). Any damage you take beyond your Stamina Points reduces your Hit Points (HP). When your Hit Point total reaches 0, you fall unconscious and are dying, and you lose 1 Resolve Point (RP) each round unless you are stabilized. When your Resolve Points reach 0 but you would lose additional Resolve Points from dying or for any other reason, you’re dead. For example, if you have 6 Stamina Points and take 9 damage, your Stamina Points are reduced to 0, you lose 3 Hit Points, and all subsequent damage reduces your HP until you regain Stamina Points. See Injury and Death for more information.

If we seem to be in shelter, I'm OK to remain here for the 10min of SP recovery or we make a run for the prefab. Jord can take the lead with his laser rifle.

Do the buildings have roofs? I can't tell from the map, but my actions will depend on if we are currently in shelter.

If party is in shelter:
Jord moves quickly into the ruined hut, his eyes squinting against the storm. As Caldar stumbles in, he quickly reaches out as the poor Lashunta nearly falls. I am afraid I do not have any means of healing you, but I will attempt to guard you against further damage. Perhaps we can rest here to regain some of our strength?
Jord will then keep a lookout for activity on the far side with his rifle drawn and at the ready.
@Caldar: Did you spend 10min and a resolve point to get your stamina points back?

If party is NOT in shelter:
As Uli aids Dr Buse, Jord strains his eyes against the storm, he continues to move into the area, rifle drawn and ready for any attacks. Thinking to himself: I could be sitting at a nice modded Tier 3 computer terminal running interference for a coordinated hack while sipping on a nice steaming cup of Earl Gray, but I have to be out here in the rain?!?

Jord stands motionless at the edge of the gorge, apparently oblivious to the storm around him. He studies the bridge structures closely and doesn't even notice Uli's dash across the bridge. Then, slowly raising up his head, he says to the rest of the crew with calm certainty:
I deduce that the bridge is not very stable and crossing could lead to pieces crumbling at any time. Nevertheless, crossing slowly with assist from the cable .... He trails off as Drogo, followed by Dr Buse streak by him and attempt to dash over the bridge.

Still talking in a quiet and emotionless voice despite the raging storm around him, Jord says: It appears that the way forward is directly across this bridge. I am happy to inspect the integrity and ensure it is sound before we attempt a crossing. If someone can assist me, either by inspecting the bridge as well or (looking up at Drogo) holding my titanium cable to prevent me from falling, I will begin my inspection of the bridge.

With that, Jord will ready himself to inspect the bridge by attaching the cable to his suit. Once secured, he will unsling his laser rifle. Using his dark vision, he will peer across the storm ravaged area to look for any movement in the buildings. He will also ponder meteorology and any creatures that he might see.

How deep is the gorge? Unless anyone has a different idea, I say we carefully cross the bridge after inspecting and possibly repairing it. I can't fly of jump that far!

On a hunch he tries to speak in a few other languages to see if there are any common words or any languages close enough to communicate (Brethedan, Common, Kasatha, Shirren).

This Exile, what did they do to deserve banishment? Were they from this village or one of the many others around here? Would you like us to remove the exile and stop his or her forbidden ways?
He continues to probe for more information about how the exile came to be, what is known about them, what is meant by the forbidden ways and forbidden items. He also tries to see if they will want us to clear out the haunting and what rumors/stories there are about the location.

Jord walks away from the cylinder game mid-throw and joins the group as the translator begins to function. He looks around for anything technological. He murmurs: I am not what you expect to get from these aliens. It does not appear that they could have anything to do with our mission, but I will attempt a parley with them.

Having nothing better to do, he walks over to the 2 chasing the cylinder. If there doesn't appear to be a threat anywhere, he will shoulder his rifle. Is this some form of game or sport? Perhaps they will let me join them. I really don't understand organics, but it seems like this is what we are supposed to do.. Jord attempts to mime his intentions to play with them after observing how the game seems to be working. Speaking overly slow and enunciating somewhat absurdly:

Jord-1-2 watches in a detached manner as the other alien creatures enter, at most he returns a nod if anyone actually greets him. As an android, he is (unfortunately) used to being ignored. However, as soon as the party enters the room and Guidance buzzes to life, Jord-1-2 stares transfixed at the hologram and, even more, at the cluster of computers. Even though his face is poorly designed to express emotions, it is difficult to miss his open awe at what he sees. By the maker, this creature is consciousness in it's purest form. How I would desire to attain her level of perfection. She is nearly pure information without any burden of a physical form. I should return after this assignment and learn as much as I can from her. He thinks. Then composing himself he addresses the bank of computers (ignoring the hologram).

Guidance, Jord-1-2. For what purpose do you send us to this outpost. I can not conclude any rational goal for uncovering the cause of the demise of a colony after loss of contact for over 200 years. Is there greater justification for the Starfinder Society to utilize the resources of these agents? If none exists, I will still comply in order to obtain the knowledge of this lost sector. The pursuit of information is justification in itself. End transmission.

After hearing the party discuss the selection of the ship, Jord looks to Dr Buse, nods and says simply: Knowledge is power.

I vote for the Pegasus starship since Jord would prefer more sensors and science arrays.
My skills are Computers +10, Engineering +8, and Gunner if you really need me for that +3.

Originally a tactical frame, the android you see has remnants of military purpose, but many components (legs, portion of torso, tactical HUD, etc) have been either replaced or hacked into at some point in the past. What was once an android built for defusing or laying down bombs now appears to lack any functionality in that area. Cables and wires drape from various access ports and a variety of input jacks are present on its forearms and chest. While some androids seek to appear as organic as possible, this android has taken no effort to hide his mechanical background. Remnants of carbon fiber "flesh" are present over portions of the body, including the face, but the majority is an unadorned metallic chassis. Various sections have been sliced into and re-wired or grafted with various hardware. Overall, its look is not unpleasant, but has more of a practical look to it. Certainly no one would mistake this android for a human. As with most androids, his expression and tone of voice are absolutely flat and nearly impossible to read.Think more like Cayde-6 ( at least more of a chop-shop model of him) from Destiny rather than the avatar I selected. There are only 6 androids to choose from!

Greetings, I am J-class ordinance drone, model one-two. You may find that it is more efficient to utilize the designation Jord-1-2 and are welcome to use it. The prospect of exploring an abandoned station is intriguing. I have detailed files on computer programing and ship's systems prepared in my memory storage. Unfortunately my ordinance and most small arms sub-routines have been deleted and many of my more robust servos in my limbs have been removed to make space for data storage and access junctions , so I cannot offer much in the way of martial support. I will endeavor to support those of you with more...physical prowess by gaining access to any computer systems that we may encounter. End transmission.
