Did you just start one or more of the subscriptions recently?

At least 1 item has to ship from each of the four subscriptions before you start receiving the benefits (to avoid people cheating the system by signing up for subscriptions, ordering at a discount, and immediately canceling)

If you didn't sign up recently for any of these, and it disappeared, then I'm not sure.

Please cancel all of my subscriptions. I'm sorry but I just can't deal with 1+ week wait times in Customer Service. Hire more people.

Also all the website/ordering glitches. It's crazy

Cancel all items that haven't shipped as well or are in the sidecart. I'll just buy from Amazon

Mine has also not been processed. But Extinction Curse 4 of 6, and Starfinder Near Space are now showing being shipped separately, causing really high shipping charges?

Same here. My March subs never shipped.

I emailed Customer Service last week and still haven't heard anything from them.

It's March 20th, the supposed end date for shipping. Neither of my subscription books have been processed yet.

Does anyone know if they're still running behind?

Thanks, I'm going to need it. I fear that there will be an Issue #5 with this order, but seeing at how the Purchase Price, Taxes, Address, and Credit Card have all messed up, I'm not sure what else can go wrong at this point.

EDIT: I called and told them I was "OK" with it charging the wrong credit card this time, and we deleted it so that there was no way it would happen again in the future. Hoping this is the end of the issues with this order. Hoping even more that this sort of thing doesn't happen again on the next one.

Just wanted to share my experience, and yet another problem that needs to be resolved.

We're in the process of switching from 5e to Pathfinder 2e, and all I can say is that my experience with the website/ordering process is abysmal. I've had to call Customer Service 3 times already, and about to be 4 when I call this morning to fix yet another issue with the same order.

In 2018 I subscribed for a bit, so some of my old information and account was pre-existing. While ordering my "re-subscriptions", I input all my new credit card info and address, during the ordering process. The information I put into the order appears correct on all of my confirmation emails, but the Paizo system failed terribly and used all of my old info. See below.

Issue 1: Subscribed to 4 subscriptions (WOO!). Order glitched in the system, nothing showed up in sidecart, the order showed $0.00 for the upcoming Gamemastery Guide shipment. I call Paizo for the first time and Paizo moves the glitched order to a new order and everything shows up great on My Account

Issue 2 (Same order): I get the confirmation of order email of the fixed order form above, but with over 20% tax applied. Nowhere in the United States has that high of sales tax. I call a second time, it gets fixed. Shipping goes up from $3.xx to $6.xx but now at this point I'm so tired of dealing with this that I don't care and I leave it at that.

Issue 3 (Same order): At the time I ordered the 4 subscriptions, I input my new address and credit card info. I double check the order in My Account to make sure it matches the confirmation email, and I realize that the order is now being sent to my outdated address (even though confirmation email clearly shows my most current address, as does the setting for subscriptions in My Account). So I call a third time and it gets fixed.

Issue 4 (Same order): Well folks, I know it seems like I'm just going down the list here but yes, it's really this bad. The order just processed....and it charged the wrong credit card. Yes, it did not follow the credit card that was used when the subscriptions were made. I double checked all my confirmation emails, and every one of them confirmed that it would be using the new card that I specified when originally making the order. But lo and behold, the actual order that goes through on the website charges the old one. So now I have a hold on a different credit card and I have to call for a 4th time, for the same order.

All I have to say is....holy bologna. Ordering materials from the official website should not cost me hours of my time. I want to support Paizo directly, but this makes it incredibly difficult.

Just wanted to let Customer Service know how janky/messed up things are right now. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to just cancel everything. When orders are set to automatic (subscriptions), we put our faith and trust that it will be dutifully processed. That's the whole point of automation; To remove the worry of having to personally keep up with releases and making new orders every month. If I can't be confident that I won't be overcharged, charged incorrectly, or a person living somewhere else is going to receive my order instead of me, how can I be expected to continue subscribing?

Just subscribed to four new subscriptions.

I got the email which shows everything correct, but on the Paizo website there is nothing showing in my sidecart and Order 16498293 in my account shows $0.00.

The Gamemastery Guide should be shipping right away, and three items from the other 3 subscriptions should be in the sidecart.

I see...So I guess my first couple shipments won't get the 15% until the very last subscription sends something off? Kind of a bummer, but I understand the reasoning.

That said, I looked in my account and I don't see anything in my sidecart. One item ships immediately (Gamemastery Guide) but the items in the other 3 subscriptions were supposed to be added to the sidecart. Does that just take a while to update or is this a glitch too?

Wanted to subscribe to 4 subscriptions to get the discount (all 4 subs apply to the Advantage)
-Pathfinder RPG
-Pathfinder Adventure Path
-Pathfinder Lost Omens
-Starfinder RPG

All four are in my cart but they still just say "Cover Price" and when I go to checkout and make final confirmation, the price is wrong. It doesn't show the 15% discount anywhere like it used to.

I'm sort of afraid to subscribe because I don't want to get accidentally charged full cover price because of a glitch in the system if I have 4 qualifying subscriptions for the Paizo Advantage.

What do I need to do?

Sent an email to Paizo on May 17th (12 days ago) and still have no answer, as usual. Didn't want to post this on forums but you leave me no choice.

I currently have the Pathfinder Playtest Rulebook & Doomsday Dawn adventure preordered. Unfortunately I've run into a pretty major household emergency (need to replace AC Unit and Furnace) and am really in dire straights for money at the moment.

Is there any way I could get this preorder canceled?

I looked everywhere in the book and couldn't find any mention of the "Armor Check Penalty" applying to attack rolls, only to skill checks.

I'm looking specifically at the feats Light Armor Proficiency, Heavy Armor Proficiency, and Powered Armor Proficiency. Each feat says, "No penalty to attack rolls while wearing XXX armor".

Rules as written this implies that regardless of what happens, there can never be an attack roll penalty, under ANY SITUATION, while wearing XXX type of armor. It doesn't specifically mention armor check penalties here.

Is this really how it's written?

I understand weapon proficiency, because if you arent proficient in a weapon then there is a penalty applied to your attack rolls. This is explicitly stated.

For the armor proficiency feats though, what does armor proficiency have to do with weapon attacks? Like why is this even listed in their descriptions?

I just tried to cancel one of my subscriptions, then for some reason ALL of them got canceled. I re-made my Starfinder AP subscription just now but have decided that I no longer want to subscribe to Paizo products.

Please remove the rest of my subscriptions.

Waiting on them to reply to my post as well to cancel one of mine. I just started playing Starfinder, as a side hobby from D&D 5e. I thought the same thing when I first looked at how to cancel. It's pretty ridiculous. The only reason they'd have it set up this way is to avoid people canceling too easy, which is just an "in-your-face" moneygrab that REALLY turns me off of Paizo altogether. We'll see how long my other subscriptions last
