Well, my strongly worded post directed at the moderators will fix your little rainbow wagon.

Flag it and move on.

On behalf of the fans: sorry.

(Cool new avatar Erik, I need to steal that gem now.)

Psst... Paizo staff now have unique avatars.

I think that was a 1e reference.

Also, not all of the Paizo staff have unique avatars...

Eventually there WILL be a half-orc on the cover of Pathfinder.

We've ordered covers through to #24, though, and none of them have half-orcs. I'll see what I can do for #25.

Edit: Though ironically, there is no half-orc in #25 given that the adventure path after Second Darkness involves fighting foot odor and the forces of toenail fungus. In retrospect, maybe I should've based that adventure path off of something other than a toe fungus commercial...

Nah.

Glad to have you on board. Best of luck trying to control Cosmo, I hear he gave Jason rabies.

But beware of cunning fake posts by message board regulars with aliases designed to look like Paizo staff. You can spot these imposters by the lack of title after their name.

And the winner of the first annual Paizo Open Call is...

Nick Logue! Congratulations Nick. Nick's adventure really blew us away, particularly the way the Red Raven was actually a candy apple red 1977 Trans Am from this dude's trailer outside of Twin Falls. And setting the adventure in Spokane, which, as everyone from the Seattle area knows, is a favorite vacation location, was pure genious. The pool shark will be a recurring character in the next adventure path and the AA token will be an important artifact in Curse of the Crimson Throne.

Nick's idea was completely original, he came up with all on his own and without stealing from any other poster on these boards, and even though he was technically prohibited from entering the contest in the first place, we think his mixture of redneck adventure will meld well with the new 4e ruleset.

I'd also like to take this post as my chance to announce the new Paizo policy for 4e. Not only will we be converting immediately upon the release of the new rules, we will be recalling all our old product so that we can update it for 4e. I'm sure you'll love it, the old stuff was really lame to begin with, and the new 4e is chock full of uber kewlness.

Anyway, thanks everyone for participating. There were some truly amazing submissions submitted,* but Nick's really dominated over the competition.

*Except for Daigle's submission, which completely ripped off Nick's ideas. Get your own ideas Daigle, or we will no longer sign your body parts at Gen Con.

Too cruel?
