The rules for using intimidate to demoralize have a line which reads:

"You can only threaten an opponent this way if it is within 30 feet and can clearly see and hear you."

Does this mean that one could just close their eyes and be immune to demoralize checks? Can blindsight be used to become immune? Can you avert your eyes like you can for a gaze attack?

The text reads:
"As a standard action, you can curse a creature you’ve dealt damage to with a ranged weapon attack since the beginning of your last turn. The target must succeed at a Reflex save, or you don’t take penalties on ranged weapon attacks against the creature for the first range increment and you ignore any bonus to the creature’s Armor Class from cover. The creature still benefits from total cover. This effect lasts for 1 minute."

It sounds to my group that this allows you to ignore all penalties on ranged attacks in the first range increment, but we all agree that seems way too strong, especially considering that most blood hexes are fairly weak.

Dragons Breath ammo misfires when it rolls a 1 on its damage rolls. Fickle Attack reads "you can treat any natural 1s on the damage dice as if they were the highest possible number on those dice". Does this mean that Fickle Attack makes it impossible to misfire Dragon's Breath Cartridges?

The Share Spells teamwork feat allows me to cast a spell with a target of "you" on an ally who shares the feat. If I cast Flash Forward on an ally does this allow them to make a charge attack without using any of their own actions for the round?

Sorry for how unclear this is, I've obviously forgotten some details. The other day i found something that allows you to convert a morale bonus into a competence bonus, or maybe the other way around. I can't remember if it was a class feature, feat, spell or otherwise; but i know it exists. Or I'm just insane.

I don't think there is a 'time' when this could happen (with the exception of special abilities.)

I hadn't considered the timing angle but it seems reasonable to me; at least as reasonable as projectiles having the same travel time regardless of range. On magnetic field, do you think it would work against firearm bullets?

This question came up in regards to the magnetic field spell, but im also wondering if you can ready an action to cast telekinesis or disintegrate to destroy a projectile in flight.

Can you use Amazing Initiative to get an extra standard action, then trade that standard action for a move action to use stealth after making a full round attack from range?
If this doesn't work because you are revealed after the first shot, would it work with the dead shot deed?

Their section says they can be considered creatures since they have mental scores. It just seems weird to me that magic basically gets bonus sunder attempts.

Are intelligent items considered targets when within an aoe? Specifically, one of my players is using an intelligent weapon cohort from the leadership feat. Both of them are Chaotic Neutral, and he got caught in an Inquisitor's Order's Wrath spell. Does this spell damage him AND sunder his weapon because the weapon itself is Chaotic?

An upcoming battle in my campaign has an Inquisitor giving orders from behind a wall of force while the party battles his minions. Said Inquisitor uses the Tactics Inquisition, will the abilities granted by that Inquisition function through the wall? If it makes a difference, there is a gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling.

Much appreciated all!

Thanks for the responses, just one more question because it came up in the discussion. The spell Shifting Sand lists its area as a 20 foot spread, but Fireball lists its area as a 20 foot radius spread. He used that to mean that there was a difference, is the term radius spread synonymous with just spread then?

What is the radius of a 20 foot spread? A player and I were discussing the area of a Dust of Sneezing and Choking, which is described as having a 20 foot spread. I interpret this to mean an area with a ten foot radius, like the Dust of Appearing; but the player said that a 20 foot spread effects only 4 squares (a 5 foot radius) in total because that represents a 20 foot total movement (5 feet in each direction).
