Imrik has Low-Light and Darkvision. He is a divine caster so doesn't need uninterrupted sleep, but cannot replenish spells cast within the 8 hours praying, which I assume he does when he wakes up.
I suggest 3 four hour watches.
1st- Drake/Calin
2nd- Imrik
3rd- Cristo/Anapa
This gives at least 1 character with a 10+ Perception on each watch. Eventually, Imrik may just take Lesser Restoration and forgo sleep as a true dragon would. :P

I think if someone can use something, they can and it goes under "group" accounting. If they are not actively using it, or stop using it, then we can give it to someone else or sale and split evenly. No one should be carrying a bunch of random magic weapons they are not using that belong to the group as a whole.
