Hurak, still standing there, responds to Trusty Patches, I saw the bald guard too! Even though I was invisible, I could swear he looked right at me. Then he went on his way, I thought, he must have been looking at something else. Even though there was nothing much too look at. Anyway he was leaving the torture room, and even though he should have been upset by the fact that the prisoners were missing he seemed in a good mood.

He continues, And I saw the two cells well enough, one had blood and broken glass for sure.

I better catch-up to Francis to let him know what else I saw in there! He says as he goes to look for the Beggar's leader.

An in person, mini adventure took place.

After around 4 minutes, Hurak reappears, big grin on his face.

Well Trusty, you cost me a good bit of coin escaping on your own. I see you and the holy halfling managed to escape on your own. Not too surprising, as most the folks in there didn't seem too bright. What's wrong with Poppo? He's seems upset.

The veteran hobgoblin leans over, There, there little man, you've freed yourself from a nasty lot you should be celebrating. He pats Poppo on the head.

Hurak pauses a moment for the spells and then he pulls out his grappling hook and fires it up the wall, careful to keep hold of the rope so the whole thing stays invisible.

AC 5 to catch the hook: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14

Once hook up he climbs.

Climb with rope DC 5: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

He lands the hook okay, but the walls a bit tricky, luckily no noise, so he tries again.

Climb with rope DC 5: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15

Then he's up and over, and quickly and carefully stows the hook and rope against the wall.

Ha, ha, yeah sneaky and quiet is how I work. Nalia, interesting accent you have, clearly not from Enderal, my guess is your from Nehrim, based on the accent and how tall you are. I usually do this type of stuff alone. In and out unnoticed or barely noticed. But I doubt I can convince you to stay here while I go retrieve your friend. So do your best to keep quiet, we may have to use a more direct approach.

Well Francis, you are almost on the right track, almost. A tall hobgoblin says, about 5'4''; hobgoblins are actually fairly short who steps from the shadows. He has a rough appearance, most notably is that he is missing most of his right ear. He has a long, blue braided beard, bushy blue eye brows, and his hair is pulled back, although he is balding. He wears a long brown cloak covering most of himself; and leans on a walking stick. He has an air of confidence.

I've answered your summons. I assume my regular fees applies to this one, except I understand the missing halfling is a member of the Holy Order and I still owe them a favor, so I'll do this one gratis. But I understand Trusty is also missing, be glad to find him too, cost will be time and a half to find him? He let's the statement hang like a question in the air.
