Books! Why books? Why not goblins or Brimorak demons! shouts Hakak as he feels the sharp pages slice at his arms
DC 11 Fort Save:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
For a few seconds, Hakak starts to wobble as sickness takes over him but he manages to regain his composure and draws his Falchion, not really expecting it to be much use.

I'll stick with Katarina. Never before have I seen such a phantom as Ashton and I am truly intrigued
Katarina, I will come with you, alas my knowledge is limited to an intimate understanding of the innards of goblins. Can you pick any of the locks on the glass case?

Hakak follows Katarina and the strange phantom into their room. I'm a reasonably educated Orc, but these tomes are beyond my understanding he says. Nonetheless, he looks around for anything useful

Hakak stands from his chair, stretching out his back. I have yet to find a chair built for anything but an elf he thinks. I will lead the way he says, pulling his Falchion from his back and making his way down the passage.

Hakak pulls a random tome from the shelf - it looks like something on early wizardry and genetics. Might actually be interesting thinks Hakak but he has little time so pulls up a chair that, like Gaeldrung, complains under his weight. Whilst perusing the book, he slides his card under the chair....

Hakak hangs at the back with Galedrung, not one for the fineries of higher society, although he does scan the faces, looking, as always, for someone familiar.

Fresh from his recent escapades in the Wounded WIsp, Hakak will seek out a good supply and weapons store Will check what I need a little later but expecting to buy a ranged weapon and an adventurer's kit

Thanks - my sheet seems to have disappeared from the drive now? Wil check on my iPad to see if I've downloaded it.
EDIT - It's back!
One more question - am I right that I can level up Hakak to level 2 once I have 3 XP? So, I could go and do another PFS adventure at level 1, get another XP?

GM (or anyone) - could you explain what I should do with the PFS chronical sheet? Are the items on there mine or are they shared with the group? DO I just add the GP to my character sheet?

Obviously enjoyed dying so much it wants to do it twice. Any ideas? Hakak says. Let him come at me again and I'll make sure he chooses not to come back to life again!

Hakak steps forward and grabs the gnome by the collar and lifts him four feet off the air. Hello Hakak says, You don't gnome me...feel free to laugh at that one...but my friends here are trying to be nice and they have more patience than me. I've just been attacked by a beetle, so my patience is a little, thin on the ground Hakak gives the Gnome a toothy grin So what say you parlay up and give us some information before my mood deteriorates
Intimidate skill check:
: You can use Intimidate to force an opponent to act friendly toward you for 1d6 × 10 minutes with a successful check. The DC of this check is equal to 10 + the target's Hit Dice + the target's Wisdom modifier. If successful, the target gives you the information you desire, takes actions that do not endanger it, or otherwise offers limited assistance. After the Intimidate expires, the target treats you as unfriendly and may report you to local authorities. If you fail this check by 5 or more, the target attempts to deceive you or otherwise hinder your activities.
Special: You also gain a +4 bonus on Intimidate checks if you are larger than your target and a –4 penalty on Intimidate checks if you are smaller than your target.
