There are pre-generated iconic characters available for both. Most GMs will have some available, but it can be tough with the digital format. Communication is the key. Let the GM know early on that you'll be wanting a pre-gen.

This is a link to pregenerated PF2 Characters so you can look at them ahead of time and decide which you may like to play.
