I don't recall, also I probably am not really applying anyway I just thought about sharing the character, that's all. my original creation was that each member of the race has a crystal, as it is a vital part of their life.

Fuar listens he seems to comprehend almost everything said. Looks to the others Need to find other from crash... He looks to his little fox Pogot come Pogot follows Fuar along and he starts to head to where he entered this village. looking to find his way out. apparently intent on finding the others that were in the other part of the shuttle.
Fuar eventually makes his way outside. looking about for the others he eventiually finds Stella by a tree. he goes over and stares at the tree. Tree
Fuar speaks Celestial but not on a regular basis. it is on his sheet he only usually speaks it when he is excited or anxious (like in combat) per the Oracle tongues curse. I don't even know who was on the shuttle either as when we came to this village everyone started talking like they were all natives to the place and knew each other. some went off talking in their sylvan language others off in draconic. Fuar does understand and speaks a broken common having never been taught it he just picked up what he could listening to others.
are we advancing the story with only one person? I have a busy holiday weekend so just trying to keep up a bit where possible... not that Fuar would know anything considering I think he is the only one that is clueless as to what is going on and does not know anybody.. chances are he will pack up and just leave (if obligated to find the missing criminals then he will do that) otherwise He will journey north until he finds a comfortable climate. and place to settle
Fuar spends quite a bit of time in this cold room along with Pogot. rejuvenating from the days events. trying to practice his common We need learn why to be here Pogot. Many talk strange noise. Perhaps in morning learn new he smiles at Pogot who just stretches and yawns then rolls on his back next to Fuar soaking in the cold. Fuar laughs and rubs Pogot's belly Yes cold nice, this room
Fuar looks to the fox. Pogot starts to sniff the fellow fox. the air misting from the cold thier bodies radiate. yes. sleep and eat. meat need Fuar is speaking a broken common having no formal education in the common tongue but he has picked up quite a bit since he found himself here.
Furar lets Pogot wander a bit but he does not stray to far in this unfamiliar terrain. They both soon find a well for water. Fuar looks to Pogot drink? He draws some water from the well and both enjoy a cool drink. The goings on of the others seems lost for the time being. Fuar reaches down and scoops up Pogot onto his lap. Speak they do, like ...frinds? Fuar struggles with the correct words in common.
Fuar was already at a loss, and wandered off to explore the community on his own. things are going on either in a lnguage he does not understand or about events or situations he has no clue about. all he knows is he crashed and was brought here with little or no understanding as to who these people are or why they brought us here.
Fuar seems a bit lost. not sure what half the people are saying and what he does understand makes little sense he starts to wander the community seeing what sort of folk reside here. He tries to be courtious and avoids trouble as best he can.
ok now even more confused what is going on? the converations are in several different languages none of which I seem able to understand. who is Kronic? what assassination attempts I am at a complete loss. can we have a recap starting with "oh no the shuttle is about to crash" EDIT: remembered Kronic now but still at a loss on everything else. would be nice to keep the whole party informed of everything.
Sometimes it is normal depending on the scene that is set up. at the begining there was little preliminary role-play to get us all aquainted also the game set-up was a little confusing to start off. I for one could have used a little background info before pressing on in game play. possbly more time in discussion to form the necessry backstory tweeking to mesh us all together. this is just my thoughts / suggestions also from what i see we have 2 DM's?

Fuar continues along he can understand most of what is spoken in common having picked it up during his time among humans but it is still far from enough to be considered fluent. the warning of the crystals is understood. he also avoid getting close unsure how they react to cold.
Fuar continues to carry Pogot as he follows the white wolf he moves with caution unsure as to what is going on.

Seeing at first the flurry of activity Fuar delays not willing to waste energies when things are well in hand, but then as there is a blast of fire. Fuar stares at first unsure what he has just seen. then immediately backs away. Pogot leaps to Fuars arms as they remove themselves from the heat Yrel relay, tacwelnuol Celestial: the heat, its dangerous
Fuar still searching for Pogot finally finds him caught under some tree branches. he quickly frees him and looks him over for injuries. Pogot appears to be a fox of some sort but whit fur and a bluish tinted skin he radiates cold like a a block of ice.
Breathnaíonn do cos gortaithe. he then breathes over Pogot's leg and an icy frost forms over it and the injured leg is healed.
When the group is greeted Fuar remains silent is minimal grasp of the common tounge prevents him being much use to negotiate anything. He soon finds himself following toward the tunnel.
the DM can set up under the campaign a discussion tab and a recuitment tab also a game description tab to keep campaign information. also when set up as a campaign after you post in the gameplay thread the campagn will then be listed under your profile so all you do is open your profile and click campaigns and you will have a list of all campaigns you are active in and in one click you can see which ones have new posts and which ones do not. also allows non game disscussion to be seperate from actual gameplay information to avoid clutter when trying to find posts to reply or respond to.

Fuar's tounge is completely foreign to anyone. but those that have been with him understand that the common tounge is still new to him and he will usually resort to his native language when stressed or confused. Fuar gets up seeming minimally harmed Pogot...Pogot he calls out searching for his animal companion.

ok with alll these posts and questions/answers etc. probably best to create a final character creation ruleset and put it in the campaign info tab. like the 4 traits thing...I only have 2 per a normal character. also all this math for BAB and saves. I go with something simple take the better of each class. simple no math. I have the basic stuff for my character just need to format it for the profile. DM are there any questions for me concerning my character's backstory?
Suppose to be level 5 gestalt as well.. I made my guy with his gear(based on 5th level wbl), if we have nothing ill have to change some story around a little.. I don't think that was to orignal idea I am only refering to my character only. which is why some collaboration will be needed.
i agree on start still working on character stats. also need DM review story concerning eqipment. original concept was to begin with just basic clothing. no equipment..being a prisoner. |
