Not happy letting his friend take the risk on his own, Fror attempts to assist with his apparently meager strength.

Having heard no response, Fror hefts his shield up and runs at the door.

Snatching his shield up in front of him, Fror nods to Dart before calling out "Hello you missed, but if you shoot again I will hurt you, we are coming in so open up"

Burning with shame, Fror has another go, but he really can't hit a barn door!

Rubbing his shoulder, Fror prepares to try again.
"Well that didn't go as planned,1 more go and then I start taking it apart with my hammer! "

After bruising his other shoulder, Fror attacks the door.

With a quick prayer under his breath, Fror tries to break open the door.

" Before i smash the door in with my hammer, shall we see if the person crying can help? after all they know we are here. HELLO, IF YOU OPEN UP, MAYBE WE CAN HELP YOU!"

Once Dart has checked for traps, Fror will open the door, shield up and hammer ready.

"Fine by me, let's see what we find,I am all curious about that locked door now."

Fror will start pushing his way back to the front and unless Dart takes the lead, he will.

Fror will follow Dart, shield up.
" Should we call out to the person crying? They might be able to guide us to them."

"Ahh good point, surely they must be here somewhere"

"Now that i would like to see! You take the risk at the back I will be first in and take that risk, sound ok?"

"Well now that we have a door! How about we try weighty saddlebags attached to the 2 furthest levers and then we can attach the last one and hopefully that will hold the door open."
Fror will assist in the placing of the weights and then just before the last one, touch Dart's arm.
"Dart as the most athletic, you should probably be the last through and just in case, may Desna bless you with luck"

After helping Maidie out, Fror will set to helping Elias with the saddlebags.

Dropping to his belly, Fror reaches a hand down to help pull Maidie up.
" Dart as the athletic one do you want to hop over this pit and just check out the passages around here. We haven't checked this bit yet."

"Ok so we know it works we just don't know where, so I have 2 thoughts. Firstly 3 of us stand by the levers and 1 person checks around the room or secondly we fill up those saddlebags with sand or soil from outside, sprinkle it about and pull the levers. Where it goes from or is disturbed is our door. Any other suggestions? "

Yeah sorry,i have been really slack.

"Elias be very careful, the floor to your right, doesn't look quite right, if it is another pit trap, perhaps that is where the voice is coming from. Maidie, why don't you go back and pull the last lever, Elias pulls this one and Dart his. I will stand ready to pull whoever it is out."

Sticking with the others Fror keeps his eyes peeled, hoping his racial affinity and engineering knowledge will help him.

"Is there perhaps a system? Do all the levers need to be pulled together? Oraybe in a certain order? "

"Are you suggesting that I don't know my stonework? What sort of engineer do you think I am? Desna teaches us that we should be free to roam and travel anywhere."

Having said this Fror stays with the group and makes no efforts to get around to Dart.

"I'm not much made for jumping, Dart shall we try and come around to you? We 'should' be able to go North and then East and then we will be able to see you again, what do people think?"

"Left again? Might as well be thorough. Dart if there is a trap that directly stops us going forwards, let me know and Desna may help us"

"Left sounds good, what are those bags and brooms about? Should we take them with us?

Returning to the main room, Fror mutters "No route through there today" to the rearguard and heads for the other door. "Dart I believe your skill set is what is required next."

"It seems risky to enter water we know nothing about. As nothing can come through this room without the key,perhaps we should investigate the other door today and this tomorrow?"

"Well if magic is the key, lets try a spell."

Not really thinking about the source of the voice, Fror takes it at its word and calls on Desna's blessing to cast a small mending spell on the statue of Kessen.

Fror is clearly getting impatient to get moving
"Right lets get going, left or right? I am thinking right as it is closer to the entrance. No point in leaving potential problems between us and the exit. Any objections?"

Ok cool i will leave out create water.

I must have missed them. With darkvision it doesn't make loads of sense for me to have light, but i can if there isn't anything better. Read magic and detect magic are probably best going to whoever has the best spellcraft and knowledge arcana. I could look at swapping out for mending, resistance and either spark or create water? What do you think?

"Well i wouldn't want to steal their spots, but I would like to see what is down there. Maybe we can swap around again later, but it would certainly be good to have our back covered."

I don't think i overlap you Maidie, i couldn't see Elias' spells. I've gone bless, shield of faith and remove fear, with my o lvl being detect magic, read magic and guidance. I figured it helps to have extra read and detect.

"Greetings little one, I see you know Dart well then. " and his voice descends into a low chuckle.

I'm kind of assuming we will know each other based on Kessen not being that big, but i can change things if you want.
Removing his helmet and running his hand through his long copper hair.
"Hail Dart, I know I don't spend much time in town anymore, but do you not remember me? Fror... Fror Stonehammer, if not I am sure you remember my Aunt and Uncle, Gorek and Harga Stonehammer. This is Elias. As we missed the ceremony we were sent to see that you all got here safely as Holgast has disappeared. It is probably nothing, you know how he is, but we had to look."
