Impossible Lands will be the first Pathfinder Lost Omens release in which the regular and Special Editions release together. The Travel Guide SE is at the end of the catch-up queue. That is a bit of a spoiler in terms of products not yet announced, but I think collectors will want to know this.

Thank you for that spoiler, it alleviates the anxiety that was coming on as a collector, haha!

Wow! Thank you so much, this was not the response I was expecting, but I very much appreciate it. With my next order is plenty soon enough, I have been making due with the PDF, so I am in no rush.

Hello I've sent two emails to customer service, the first one on January 28th and the second one on the third. I haven't heard back from customer service at all.

Ruins of Gauntlight shipped on the 19th, and generally due to proximity to Paizo it takes only about 2 days to arrive. It's been several weeks now with no signs of it. I can't track the order from Paizo, and my USPS informed delivery emails that I get each day have yet to show me as receiving a package with my mail.

I am just trying to locate my missing shipment.

Hello, near the end of the adventure, inside the first big bad's personal chest is an item. A very old map, the exact description is as follows;

"a very old map that depicts some strange-looking dungeon,"

It does not explain anywhere what this is a map too? Is this just up to me as the GM to decide (totally cool with that explanation, already have some ideas,) but if it is not just up to me to decide, what is the answer? My players are totally going to want to discover the purpose of this map.

We began order generation, and it appears to be going fairly smoothly. The process is going steadily, but will take most of the day to complete, as that's just the pace it takes. Keep an eye out for your confirmation email!

So I have the Lost Omens world guide in my sidecart still, but I don't see anything about the Cult of Cinders on my subscription page, the next one showing on future shipments is 147 adventure path 3 of 6. I'm new to subscription so I'm not sure if this is normal. Was curious if I could get a bit more details about if this is normal or if my subscription has an issue.

I apologize that customer service has not been as responsive as would be ideal. We're working as quickly as we can to get through emails and forums. We are down two CSRs (from four) at the moment and even with overtime things are getting backlogged quickly.

I've been trying to assist with some of the backlog around getting us prepped for Gen Con. It's a hectic time and I apologize that y'all are feeling the raw end of it. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to get back on top of the customer service requests.

I really do appreciate how quickly I was helped on the phone this morning, and how quickly my order was corrected.

I would CALL them at this point if it is an emergency or something that needs to be fixed, especially if it is to stop something from shipping.

This is what I ended up doing, the call was answered so quickly and they got it fixed in under 5 minutes, it was good I did too because it was about to ship out they said.

Great service, definitely recommend just calling if you need anything fixed quickly.

I've got to say, Paizo CS has been tremendously unsatisfactory this last week. Emails and forum posts are going un-answered.

I'm sure the pending 2e release crunch is stressing things, but the bug with subscriptions not registering a start with 2e products has cost me some cash out of pocket (1e stuff charged and shipped despite my best efforts). It won't kill me, but its the kind of recurring issue for subscriber after subscriber that I'd hoped would be dealt with on something more than an ad hoc, forum post-by-forum post basis...

I'm worried I'm about to be in that boat too. I made an order but it started it with the wrong book #143 instead of #145 like a lot of people have been having happen, and I've sent an email and posted a thread, but no response yet. I'm hoping they get to it before they ship, because I have no use for a 1e book. I'm starting fresh with 2e. Really don't want to spend money on a book that will just have to be tossed or something.

This is the exact issue I am having too. I have contacted customer service and placed a thread on this forum to get it resolved, still waiting to hear something back. Hopefully before I end up with books I don't need.

I could not get my order to start with the correct book, it kept changing it to book 143.

Please change it to the first book for Pathfinder 2e AP #145

From Redmond, WA and then the next day to Fife, WA? Me too! Mine's been in Fife since Tuesday morning. When I've had trackable packages before from Paizo, they always seem to hang out in Fife for a few days. It's a magical place.

Mine is in Fife too! Which is just barely an hour south of me. It's killing me, it's just sitting there forever, I wish I could just go pick it up myself at this rate, lol.

I got my message on Saturday, still not trackable yet. Hopefully soon.

I got the email that it shipped on Saturday too, still can't track it yet though. Really eager to see when they'll be arriving.
