Hello I've sent two emails to customer service, the first one on January 28th and the second one on the third. I haven't heard back from customer service at all.
Ruins of Gauntlight shipped on the 19th, and generally due to proximity to Paizo it takes only about 2 days to arrive. It's been several weeks now with no signs of it. I can't track the order from Paizo, and my USPS informed delivery emails that I get each day have yet to show me as receiving a package with my mail.
I am just trying to locate my missing shipment.
