This time you won't find so easy victims" as he draws his Falchion and charges the closest goblin! DM, if Eugeni can reach a goblin with a charge action he will. (if not direct line a move action will do, or else he will simply close the distance with a double move/run action)

Well at least they had a healthy respect for the city watch." ![]()

![]() Turning to Jensen, Eugani mutters "Oh brother, here we go. Follow my lead and we'll try to end this without anyone getting hurt on a festival day" Eugani then quickly steps in between the four quarrelsome humanoids and starts talking "Now then gents, there is no need for that. There is plenty of food for everyone and this is a day for celebration. Sir, you may be aware that there is a law in Sandpoint against baring steel towards another in anger, but we both know this was not an act of agression, is that not so? You merely intended to show your friend here the fine craftsmanship of your new blade, correct? That way you can all go back in line to enjoy a good meal and no-one has to endure the much less tasty meals in the city jails." ![]()

![]() I guess the improvement in roll20 over the "screenshot-and-post" method is that each player is able to log in and move their icon on a map rather than having to describe to the DM where to go, and the map will always be up to date. But I agree with Armen, whatever works! ![]()

![]() That was exactly my thought. Now, I'll be a bit careful as I haven't actually used it myself for a campaign, just been messing about with it i little like yourself, but the idea seems good and if it works lets us all know where we are on a map. We can all log in at our convenience, look at maps, handouts etc and move our counter when it is our turn etc. What do you guys think, is it worth giving a shot? ![]()

![]() Hi all, excited to get this moving along. Eugenis is born and bred in Sandpoint. Locals know him as a bit of a shady lad who was orphaned in a goblin attack a few years back. He is currently serving in the city watch as a junior watchman. (If he is on duty at the time of the festival or not is unknown) ![]()

I don't have a problem with that, just wanted some indication on whether I should start contemplating a back-up character (being the optimistic kind I assume I'll get chosen :)) as I quite like making PCs. But you're right, might as well cross that bridge when we get to it... ![]()
![]() GM, Eugeni is updated with feats and traits suitable for this campaign, equipment and skills. The background story has been modified to include a reason for exploring Rappan Athuk (Though I'm not too familiar with the setting, so I've used Sandpoint as his home town. Let me know if it should be changed to something else to fit in) If anyone would like to coordinate background stories I'm game, always fun to swap ideas :) |
