I should be running the PFS special for Gameday X (the King in Thorns), in Tier 7-8 (what a headache that will be! Six PCs with 12 unique feats and 12 unique abilities each!).
But that is all for now... maybe after Gameday.

Got the chronicle, thank you!

I like the specific (scene by scene) story, and also the mechanics of the scenario (various skill checks etc.).
But not the overall story that much-- I do not have the impression I was part of figuring anything out, or understanding what happened (an event, a reaction). Nothing negative, just not a feeling of having done much as a general story arc.

I was very happy w. how you GMed it and liked all the RP and interaction with all the characters and NPCs, so I had a very nice time!

Odo shakes J. Dacilane's hand, with a quizzical look, then later asks his comrades:
"What DID we do? I mean, what is a Protean? A thing taking itself to be a student? If so, why? Or a student that morphed?
Anyhow, we did do good!"

Odo will take a clipping of the newspaper-- and be happy to have read that!

Just as a side-note for those wanting to GM but who feel unsure: I feel that PbP is a great place to start.
You have time to go and check the rules, think things over etc., before answering anything, or having your NPCs react, so the pressure is really reduced (at least that is what I feel), vs. dealing with things in real time on tabletop.

"Oye! Mi be Belta."

I will be playing Belta, a tall & slender low-grav'-born female Human, a belter from the Diaspora.
I have yet to port the character over to my Paizo sheet & avatar bar, but she is made and outfitted.

Build Info' in any are interested:
She is a Diplomat-themed Envoy-- stepping into Farol's turf... but probably not that much (?) since she is going to be built around Spell Gem Understanding (can use all Spell Gems @ Envoy level w. CHA as stat).
I discovered that Envoy Improvisation, so I changed my idea of re-making a Spell Chip using Mystic 1/Technomancer X... and went w. an Envoy that can use Spell Chips of ALL spells @ her level w. her CHA as stat'!
So, she has slotted a data-jack w. a miniaturized computer in it to store her spell chips (so far only a couple level 0's since no money yet).
DEX/CHA for her stats, Diplo' as Skill Expertise, Weapon Focus Small Arms & Double Tap w. a pistol & ammo'-- and that is about all.

Dead Odo waved good-bye to the Goblin-King of Absalom and, speaking in Goblin, addressed the chieftain:
"I will look into that part you wrote for me, your Majesty, and learn my lines better this time, oh Zusgut the Great!"
Dead Odo left the old playhouse near the Puddles’ western edge, smiling to some of the other Goblins who lived here.
He remembered the long trek from Lastwall, when, his body torn to shreds, his soul slipping away to the Boneyard, Zusgut and his Goblin tribe saved him, while also helping many paladins and knights to safety.

Moving through Absalom, a place he now felt relatively comfortable in, after all these months training as a member of the Vigilant Seal.
Though he still lingered for the mountains of Lastwall, his homeland, and for all his family and friends killed by the undead.
By those @#%#@ undead!
Odo stopped... and took a deep breath.
Cool down. You have a job to do!
He was actually quite excited: this would be his first task as a Pathfinder!

The smell of the grilled meat, the pickled beetroots... all the fine fragrance from the food stalls seemed great to Odo.
But, before looking into what was for sale, he glanced around for the agents he was supposed to meet.

Okay, there's one of the kid-students-- oh, no, wait, they have a beard?!
Odo looked at the staff-wielding gnome:
"Hey, you!"
Then Odo shows his wayfinder.

VOMITS all over the Gnome!
The puke pours all over, and starts to burn-- it is acidic!
DC 17 basic Reflex save, Acid damage: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4

--bashing the Cleric with a lumpy fist-- that also sprays freezing alchemical liquid over Tamerius' arm.
Bludgeoning + Cold: 1d8 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 2 + (6) = 10

The orange drudge moves up to Sitril, and vomits on the dwarf.
"BARRRF!"
DC 17 basic Reflex save, Acid damage: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 6) = 8
Natsume can of course block damage and do her thing - you go for it?

The portly official hears Signe, and says: "Oh, one last formality, the winning team is tasked with helping to prepare the feast and medical supplies for the remaining racers."
Before he runs away as fast as he stubby legs can carry him...

Once the last of the teams cross the finish line, and all come to clap you on the bank, for your courage, the festivities begin.

A massive feast is prepared, and the winning team is given a place of honor at the banquet table, the body of Hopper put on Balgird's shield, on top of spears furnished by each of the teams that participated, and all honor him through the night!

You leant that Without Trace or Fail, the team, is forbidden from participating in the celebration and banned from any future competition in the Balgirdtrek for having not having played fair.
They are the ones that apologized to you for their actions, and turned themselves into the race officials.

Thus, you spend a night of merriment, despite Hopper's demise-- and the local Clerics of Gorum are willing to help revive the young Goblin's body.
But the portly Race Official reappears, and shows where it states, in the race's rulebook, that this is not free--

RESULTS FOR YOUR CHRONICLE SHEETS:

Slaying the Beast[: The Beast is a deadly threat to competitors in the Balgirdtrek and earns the PCs the gratitude of the race officials. The officials reward the PCs with a scroll of snowball (Lost Omens World Guide 112) on their Chronicle sheet. If the PCs fail to defeat the beast, cross the scroll off of their Chronicle sheet.
So, no Scroll of Snowball.

Once the PCs cross the finish line, Progress Points accrued throughout the trials and overland travel are totaled. If the PCs have more points than any other team, they are the winners of the Balgirdtrek.
You have 23 points, vs. 20 for the Fangs, so-- you are the winners!

Primary Objective
If the PCs complete the Balgirdtrek without being caught cheating or interfering with the other teams progress they complete the primary objective of this scenario.

Done

Secondary Objectives
Winning the Balgirdtrek grants the PCs the Tarnbreaker Champions boon on their Chronicle sheet and earns each the other Fame & Reputation
