I'd like to cancel my Starfinder Maps subscription..
So.. I used the GMTHANKS21 discount on an order of Pathfinder Battles Booster Boxes.. but that order has been stuck on pending with items marked as backordered.. I don't tend to see those restocked in your store, I was going to try and add some more items to the order and ask if I could have the GM discount adjusted to include them since my order seems unavailable.. but I haven't been able to even make a successful purchase after nearly a week of trying. It always times out.
So last month, I had packages stolen in front of my house.. Some of them have been recovered, My paizo Order 36347253 is still missing.. I got the Pathfinder Battles case no problem, but the second shipment with books and maps I'm pretty sure was taken.. not sure if you send replacements in these kind of instances but figured I would mention it in case..
If you can catch it before it ships out, I'd like to put a pause on my Pathfinder Battles subscription and wait a bit longer before ordering Darkland's Rising.. Thanks.. sorry for the brief notice..

So.. I never received my PFS scenarios from my complimentary PFS sub.. and Order 21517457 was Rise of the Runelords Pawn Collection and Summon Monster Pawn Collection... but the items disappeared from the order history.. (I also have yet to receive Order 17261157 in the mail, not sure if it's a postal delay or lost in the mail...)
Hi! So I left a voicemail about this last week when I made the order... not sure if it got through properly as I haven't received a response and my phone could easily have had a bad connection.. Order 13016246, I applied the gmthanks20 code to this order and it didn't work properly and had been wondering if it could be adjusted.. The contents of the order was a few cases of Pathfinder Battles.. *edits* I guess I should add that a separate Order 17261157 doesn't have the shipping discount applied yet.. hoping it will be when it's finalized but mentioning it just in case..
It was pending for a while.... now everything aside from the pawns I cancelled is missing.. (And it looks like some of my legacy subscriptions might be gone?) The items were in my shopping cart, I cleared my shopping cart because I didn't see the sticky warning and I'm used to weird errors happening with my shopping cart regularly so didn't think much of it.

I added the code, it activated but didn't appear on the final order and didn't discount it.
There's no shipping discount and the pathfinder advantage looks like it isn't applied to the city gates map pack..
In this order I was supposed to receive 4 Fiendish Dog miniatures but there was only one actually sent out. Everything else in the order was complete aside from the 3 missing dogs. So originally I had sent an email about this but it's been over a week and no response..
Can you cancel this order? I think I'm going to wait on this stuff for now..
So, I actually want my Campaign Settings Subscription to start with Lost Omens World Guide, so can you remove Druma, Profit and Prophecy from my order? Also, the order pages shows five miniatures from my side-cart that were actually already delivered to me in my previous order.. Is that normal?

Hey, is it possible to get the $10 shipping discount on this order? I have $100+ in items being shipped and it isn't currently applied.. If that isn't possible, could I cancel the additional items I had added on to my subscription? as I mainly did as a means to take advantage of the shipping discount.. *edits* Also, I'm a bit confused.. it looks like a duplicate set of items I just ordered might be in my sidecart waiting to ship as well? Dunno if it's a glitch or not? but I didn't mean to order everything twice over..
So I have two problems.. 1 - I deleted an unused PFS character with the name Dwapook so I could use it as my current username, but it never became available again.. 2 - I have the "downtime" code entered in but it isn't discounting my cart
