Shoot I just realized I used the wrong attack bonus last round. Oh well. Also doesn't a natural 20 always hit or is that a different rule set (2nd attack roll last round)? If it did and 18 is enough for grapple then their AC gets a big hit. I am assuming they are not using silver weapons meaning Drax is currently at -8 HP. Can you confirm? Drax charges the remaining guard (S4). Charging back on the guard Drax drops to all fours in the last movements of the run pushing off the ground for extra upwards momentum bringing his claws up on the guards throat lifting him into the air.
I am not sure the grapple will land but if it does the guard is considered grapple but I am not. If the grapple lands Drax will make the following statement with the guard dangling a few feet off the ground held by the throat. This will eliminate the guard's ability to make attacks of opportunity as Kurat withdraws or anyone goes past. I have this one. Move to the alley! Grappled:
A grappled creature is restrained by a creature, trap, or effect. Grappled creatures cannot move and take a –4 penalty to Dexterity. Grab(Ex):
If a creature with this special attack hits with the indicated attack (usually a claw or bite attack), it deals normal damage and attempts to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. Unless otherwise noted, grab can only be used against targets of a size equal to or smaller than the creature with this ability. If the creature can use grab on creatures of other sizes, it is noted in the creature's Special Attacks line. The creature has the option to conduct the grapple normally, or simply use the part of its body it used in the grab to hold the opponent. If it chooses to do the latter, it takes a –20 penalty on its CMB check to make and maintain the grapple, but does not gain the grappled condition itself. A successful hold does not deal any extra damage unless the creature also has the constrict special attack. If the creature does not constrict, each successful grapple check it makes during successive rounds automatically deals the damage indicated for the attack that established the hold. I will hold the alley way entrance from the guards in front the extra size will help! In bear form (40' speed, no armor check penalty) Drax has a 35% failure rate (+7 vs DC 15) on that jump assuming the roof provides solid footing with no obstructions (like barrier walls). Assuming that is about average that gives us an 18% chance of success of getting everyone across the gap. I think we should not plan on jumping. If I understand the layout correctly there are dead end alleys on either side of the warehouse. I don't think we can count on the guards out front letting us wander in there unless we are invisible.

Drax steps forward to report. I sat next to the table with the three individuals who seemed to be leading the caravan parked at the way station. I couldn't hear the full conversation but they indicated they are headed to the convocation and thought that what ever they were delivering could avert a war. Alright a point in linguistics for common and a shot at making forgeries if the need arises and one in disguise. Drax studies hard on the trip. He will make disguise a class skill based on the captains extra training. Based on the comment above about fatigue I take it Drax failed the save and so has the fatigued condition but a full set of spells and channels available heading into the city.

A dark ball of fur shakes awake with a snort. Drax's eyes pop open and he unrolls into a crouch shifting from bear form to hybrid form with teeth beared and claws extended all but silent except for the initial start. Lifting his head he smells the air a few times before glancing to see the watch standers are unperturbed. Shaking his head a few times he lets out a deep breath before shifting back to bear form and settling back on the smooth patch of ground he found earlier. It is some time before his breathing fully slows however and he is able to get back to sleep.

Should I have done that for every level? I had a few lucky roles but was only a few HP above the number if I switch to Full+(1/2+1)+(1/2+1) instead.

Looks good Gidgey. When I put the hat on I just concentrated on what I wanted it to look like and it did! The sleeves work the same way.
